I really hate to complain….but I ordered gluten free baked ziti and was first served gluten noodles. I knew they only have penne pasta and this noodle was different so I had my food remade. The next plate they brought out LOOKED fine; but after two bites on I found a spaghetti noodle. I asked the server if they have GF noodles and he said no. So then they apologized and made a new dish and had the manager bring it out and apologize, but the damage had already been done. I was already feeling unwell and didn’t even want the corrected dish. The served was very kind, it wasn’t his fault. However, there definitely needs to be more education on gluten-free preparation.

These guys do portions like they have something to prove! BIG! The food is spectacular and service is amazing. Our server was very familiar with gluten-free and what we could and couldn’t have. He went over the whole menu with us and even asked questions to the chef when we had questions

Waiter was great and chef came out to verify what my 7year old Celiac could have GF. He took her order personally then waiter came back and took the rest of our table. He asked if I also wanted mine Gf as well so she could try mine and I said yes. Food came out and tasted great. Daughter loved her shrimp fettuccine Alfredo and my Rigatoni D with shrimp. However, half way through my meal I realized a noodle looked different from the rest. There was a gluteny (regular) rigatoni noodle right amongst my GF penne dish. I showed the waiter who told the chef. Chef came out and apologized, twice, actually, and waiter sort of apologized. The food and experience were good and they did comp our dessert, but now we wait to see if she gets sick from the obvious cross contamination.

Great experience here. Only one GF pasta type, but the chef came to our table to get our order to ensure that my food would be safe for me. I was very happy with my experience here!

The menu states their pasta sauce is GF and that GF pasta can be requested. The chef came out and spoke to us and was very knowledgeable about safe protocols. I was pleasantly surprised and my Italian loving daughter with celiac enjoyed it.

What an experience! We had six gluten-free members in our party of 16. I had set up a menu were at least half of the dishes could be done gluten-free and they went above and beyond doing the entire menu gluten-free. We tested several of the dishes with our Nima sensor and they all came out gluten-free. Our waiter Addison was very knowledgeable about celiac disease. It was a wonderful experience for our party to be able to try so many different dishes and not get sick. Highly recommend the chop salad, spinach and artichoke dip, chicken piccata which they made a gluten-free version, the braised beef falls apart with your fork and The crème brûlée is fabulous! Highly recommend this restaurant for gluten-free and not gluten-free parties!

Our server was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the gluten-free pasta. Chef Matt came to our table to let me know that he was taking extra care when preparing my dish, and asked if I had any questions. Food was wonderful and service was way above average. Can't wait to return.

Our waiter was not very friendly and was not helpful whatsoever in pointing out the gluten free options on the regular menu. They don't have a separate gluten free menu. When I ordered the rigatoni which he finally told me could be made gf, I asked him to make sure they boil the noodles in a clean pot with new water. He paused for about five seconds and then said ok while he mumbled something as he wrote my order down. I had a bad feeling about whether or not they were actually going to do it so I just ordered a salad instead. I was very disappointed because I heard that this restaurant takes allergies seriously. Maybe we just had a bad waiter.

Was there on a busy Saturday night about a week ago. The waitress was pretty good. She intercepted the breadbasket that was headed for our table and knew for sure of at least one gf dessert option without having to check. The gf pasta was fresh and went great with the red sauce and prosciutto wrapped chicken. All of their sauces are gf so that helps a great deal with cross contamination. Wish we had gotten just a bit more personal attention, but considering how busy they were that night, I was very pleased with the meal and the service.

Went there for lunch on a weekend. Both my daughter and I are celiac and had immediate reactions that lasted for several days. One of the worst gluten experiences I've had since going GF two years ago.
Went for lunch with work. Waiter very helpful with what I could choose without making a scene. Delicious soup and salad
Beautiful Italian restaurant. My server was very kind and knowledgeable about the Gluten Free options. They don’t have a separate menu or any indications of any dishes being GF on the menu so you rely on your server. She suggested I get the GF Taylor Street Baked Ziti and it was delicious! Definitely coming back here when I get the chance.

This restaurant is amazing and the servers are very professional. I had a work meeting here, and my boss asked for the gluten-free menu( I have Celiac) . They had a separate menu, and they cooked everything separate , with no cross contamination. The manager came and talked to me and read the gluten-free menu.. She was very smart and careful. The food was wonderful, and the cream brulee was so yummy. I didn't get sick at all. 🤩

Even if it’s not nessesarily their nitch, These folks get G-Free & Celiac! And rarely are you going to find such care & consideration at such a classy atmosphere Restaraunt as this!
Dress up or casual… we saw the whole spectrum of customers here. Although, dressing up will really make a special night out here. Wonderful old time dinner music hits from the likes of Sinatra filled the low light pleasant & romantic venue.
Once advised of our issues, our waitress Sheena (who, by the way, is a 5-Star Rock Star of a Server!) had the Chef at our table side in minutes, advising us on their abilities & limitations. Way more selection than one might anticipate, although less than we had seen at their Orlando location last year.
The gluten free Panne as Alfredo w/Chicken breast added was exquisite in appearance and taste….even as a next day leftover!!!

While I have never gotten sick at Maggianos in the past my pasta has been undercooked, and they do not offer many gluten free options.
