Maggiano's

I was looking for a safe choice at the Dallas airport and was happy to see Maggiano's as an option. I've eaten at many locations and have always had a good experience. All the pasta choices can be made gluten free, except the ravioli. They have a separate prep area for pasta, and staff was well informed of preparation measures.

have celiac. I ordered the gluten free fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and let the waiter know that I have the severe gluten allergy. They brought the chef out to talk with me to ensure my safety. It was the most amazing pasta.

The menu states their pasta sauce is GF and that GF pasta can be requested. The chef came out and spoke to us and was very knowledgeable about safe protocols. I was pleasantly surprised and my Italian loving daughter with celiac enjoyed it.

Maggianos can make most of their pastas with GF pasta! They also have GF rolls that they bring out to start which is exciting!!

I ordered a gluten free pasta and stated my allergie to the server and ended up finding a not gluten free peice of pasta in my gluten free. It is not worth risking a allergy

Maggianos was fabulous! Our server, Dana, brought the chef and manager out and they were very knowledgeable! They were willing to modify any dish for me! Fabulous experience!
