I have had the GF subs and the GF cheesy garlic bread. The flavor of the bread was excellent. You can buy the GF bread in the case. I would expect the GF pizza crust to be great as well.

I ordered online and gluten free bread wasn't available. Advertised 12" gluten free pizza was barely more than 8" - comically small for a $20 pizza. Salads are premade but several are gluten free.

Great quality the pizza is even good re heated which isn’t usually common for gf pizza!
The pizza and grinders here is incredible and the people are awesome!
The pizza dough is still lighter almost like traditional pizza crust and not as dense as other places!

They have gluten free bread and pizza here. The grinders are so delicious. The staff are friendly. One of my favorite places to go.
Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and I felt very safe eating there! Definitely recommend!!
Ordered the 8-inch ham and turkey grinder on a gluten free bun. Bun was toasted and cheese was melted. Bun held up remarkably well. Staff was friendly and efficient.
Amazing Grinder! As a celiac, I have not had a Grinder in years. The staff was awesome and no cross contamination here! Thank you!
Grinders were delicious!!! Would definitely go back

wide selection of GF 6 or 12in grinders and 10in pizzas
Just stopped at this location (Grand Ledge) for the first time. I was expecting my grinder to be prepared on an Udi's sub bun from Sysco only to be very pleasantly surprised with a HOMEMADE GF sub bun from a bakery in E Lansing!!! How awesome! And extra delicious!!
I had their gluten free pizza. The crust was way more substantial than most GF crust. I really enjoyed the pizza. They also have GF grinder buns. I didn't try them but the next time I'm in the area I will! Wish GF pizza wast so pricey though.
I get their gluten free pizza often and I do not have any reaction. The pizza is really good too!

The girders were absolutely delicious! The bread was soft and fluffy and didn’t have the grittiness that most GF breads have. My favorite was the steak, which had a nice amount of meat in it. We are only intolerant so we can’t speak to the full cross contamination for celiacs, but as for us everything was perfect. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about items. Lost anything can be made gluten free. Will go again and try the pizza next!

I called to make an order and our order was split between gluten free and gluten. I told them we had a few with gluten allergies and he said, “not from us you don’t.” I then asked if they had cauliflower crust and he said they didn’t have gluten free crust. (That was not my question) He then proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and said we must have gotten cut off….knowing we hadn’t been. He said that he hung up on me because I kept talking and he didn’t want to argue with me. I was not arguing one bit. I was clarifying and ASKING if they have cauliflower crust. He then hung up again. It would have been helpful for him to tell me if there were ANY gf options such as salads or grinders. I won’t be supporting this business.

Very accommodating to gluten free and dairy free dietary restrictions. The grinder I had was one of the best I've had. And the prices are very reasonable.
