Found this place on Find Me Gluten Free App. Server Josh was super friendly & knowledgeable about the menu. They do have a separate Gluten Free menu available. He even brought my food out separately from my husbands to prevent cross contamination. Definitely will visit again when I’m in the area.

From the moment we walked in and met Sue at the hosts stand, she didn’t hesitate when I said gluten allergy. She showed me a GF menu and let me know of the dedicated fryer and the many they have served with celiac. With that response I felt confident about eating there! I was Very impressed with the knowledge of GF/Celiac awareness from the owner/server/kitchen manager. All of the food was very good!! ...They have GF bread!! I would eat there again for sure!!

Dedicated fryer and a gluten-free menu! Our server was more than happy to answer all questions and was super helpful and friendly. They don’t have a ton of vegetarian options but I was so happy be able to eat French fries. So tasty! Great neighborhood feel and a great place to watch sports.

Had their bacon cheddar burger with gf bread. I had to eliminate the bread because it had sesame seeds which I cannot have, the bread looked good and my daughter said it was good as she took a bite of it. The burger patty looked as was the frozen kind but they did have a designated gf fryer just for fries and those were good. I did not get sick but That burger will not be bringing me back any time soon.

I have Celiac and so I don’t get to eat out much or enjoy it because I’m always afraid of getting sick. Last night I tried the Grid Iron platter from McKenna’s with a blue cheese butter fries!! All gluten free, dedicated fryer and the best prices around!! I can’t wait to go back and try something on their large GF menu. Awesome

Separate GF menu and manager came to our table to describe ingredients in the menu item I ordered to make sure I was ok with everything. They have a dedicated GF fryer and prep area.

Tried this place last night! Glad I did too! I got blackened shrimp and french fries. They have a dedicated fryer and the servers are knowledgeable about CC and properly marking the meal. I also got a cup of the Conch Chowder, I was expecting it to be white like clam chowder but th was tomato based. It was FANTASTIC!

100% comfortable eating here after our waitress Trinity went through the GF menu, talked about how they have a lot of cealic customers and will cook in dedicated places, dedicated French fryer, they will change gloves. Excellent meal, great prices and very popular with the locals. If we were local this would be our new go to!

Just finished eating here and it was a pleasant surprise. Server Ali was fantastic and very attentive. We came for the gluten free options and loved every thing we had. I had mahi mahi tacos and thought they were chicken they were so good (I'm not a seafood person but when at the beach...). My wife had huge Patagonia shrimp and struggled to finish all of them. Our Celiac daughter had a bacon cheeseburger on GF bread with fries from a dedicated fryer, almost unheard of when dining out. If we lived her we would eat here often. If we return, we will definitely eat here again. McKennas... Thanks for a great experience!

Although they were very cautious about food allergies, I thought the food was only so so. It was nice to have French fries but my daughter who is allergic to soy had a very hard time finding something she could eat. The waitress was helpful and checked with the kitchen on things. She ended up getting a chicken breast with roasted potatoes in real butter. Everything else they put on the side so she could choose which items she ate.

Went here because it was on FIND ME GF. So glad we went out of the way because it was great. Our waitress was great and Chris the manager, made certain everything I wanted was healthy for me. Fabulous French fries from a gf designated fryer. Was able to have the daily special as they went out of their way to make it gf for me. By all means I would go again GF menu as well

Good food! They made me a lobster "roll" with no bun, just the filling, even though it wasn't on the gluten free menu. It was very good too! Their fries are in a dedicated fryer and their coleslaw was the best I have had in a while. Waitress was knowledgeable about gluten free eating! One note is that on their gluten free menu it says they will do burgers in a lettuce wrap, so I asked if I could do the lobster roll in a lettuce wrap, but when my food came out it had no lettuce and the waitress let me know that they touch the lettuce all day with the same gloves they use for gluten-y foods. So major points for knowing that and not cross contaminating me, but minus points for offering that option on a gluten free menu if it's not gluten free.

Limited gluten free menu. Chefs salad was good and reasonably priced especially since entrees for the rest of the family were on special since it was Tuesday night. Great to eat local.

As the owner of this restaurant we respect and appreciate when a customer comes to us with a food allergy. Not only do we follow the process of preparing there food, but we educate the customer in the process we follow. We also explain to the customer if we feel the process may have had any sort of cross contamination we will be glad to start over, this insures a trust between the customer and the restaurant. I found out about your website through a customer who said we should be on your site. I will make sure any GL customer that patronize our restaurant know about your site...Chris
