The food prep are is pretty small and I wouldn’t feel comfortable ordering their sandwiches.

Ate here twice and didn't get sick. Several menu options are inherently gluten-free and others can be requested gluten-free. When gluten-free is requested the cashier asks if that's due to a wheat allergy. When wheat allergy is indicated they have a protocol that includes the following: everyone who touches the order must change gloves, they toast the sandwich on a separate toaster, and they wrap the sandwich in white paper instead of the usual brown to make it clearer which order is special. Service has been pretty fast and they do take out, indoor dining, and outdoor dining.

Very good gluten free bread. Many of their sandwiches and salads can be ordered gluten free; they are indicated directly on the menu. They also have a number of gluten free side dishes.
Been here twice since its opening a few days ago. Love that the menu is clearly marked gluten free and seasonal; sandwiches, salads, great outdoor seating and stellar customer service. Great addition to the Pruneyard!
They have gluten free options and take precautions to reduce cross-contact for allergies/intolerances. I eat here often and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable with allergies. Delicious options and I have never gotten sick here

The menu is great for gluten free people. They take cross contamination very seriously and they are very knowledgeable about the ingredients. Most things can be made gluten free, but there are some things that can’t be, like the chicken parm dip. I had the gluten free chicken caprese sandwich and I loved it! I saw people saying that the gluten free bread fell apart, but I didn’t have that issue at all. It was a little hard, but I prefer harder bread. I feel super comfortable eating here and I haven’t had a reaction to anything I’ve ordered gluten free there. The only thing I don’t like is the prices. It’s wayyyy over priced, but it’s a California business, so I don’t really mind. Definitely not an everyday sandwich place.

Went here for lunch, great option as everything is marked as gluten free or can be made gluten free. They noted it all down on my order and had no issues or reaction!
