NOT CELIAC SAFE. Every surface of the restaurant is covered in flour. They cook the gluten free pizzas in the same oven as regular pizzas. I went in based on the good reviews on this app and immediately left. I can’t speak for gluten intolerant people but it’s clearly not a celiac-friendly establishment.

Unique thin crust gluten free pizza. They make everything in front of you which is pretty cool. Didn’t get sick at all from it. Was tasty, a worthy stop in Salt Lake City. They have many pizzas!

I ordered a gluten free pizza and didn’t get sick. I have a very low tolerance for gluten (crumbs will make me sick), and I was fine after eating here.

Consistently incredible with the precautions they take. I’ve eaten here at least a dozen times, and it is hands down my favorite! 10/10

Good pizza crust that they make in-house but the service and product lacks consistency. We went in one time and they had not made any GF crust for that day so we had to leave after placing our order. With a little extra focus and attention this could be a five star place.
They don’t take any precautions for cross contamination and use the same oven that is covered in flour. If you don’t have CC sensitivity you will love it but if you are, DONT EAT THE PIZZA! They have some good salads though.

Excellent pizza. The gluten free option is even better than the regular one. Favorite place to go for pizza, no doubt.
Yes
Their food is NOT safe for Celiac. I have a friend who works there and they make their dough in house in the same machine and they have nothing to put the pizza on inside the oven to make sure no flour gets on it. All the sauces and toppings are touched with flour on the gloves, ect. Be safe people 💜
The server made sure to inform us of anything that may contain gluten or cross contaminate. They made sure to make substitutions in every dish we ordered to fit in with my celiac and took it very seriously! Food was absolutely DELISH and the pizza crust tasted like gluten containing pizza!! 10/10

The best gluten free pizza I’ve had! They make their own dough, and I’d honestly struggle to tell the difference between their GF and a ‘regular’ Neapolitan style pizza. I’ve eaten there multiple times and I’ve never had a reaction.

They do have gluten free pizza as well as vegan cheese and meat. A blessing for my child that struggles with gluten and dairy allergies.

Was excited to go because of the positive reviews, but had really weird interactions with the staff. Person at the register just gave me a blank stare when I mentioned celiacs/gluten allergies, and just responded to questions about the preparation process with “it will be gluten-free”. Didn’t make any note on the order about an allergy or avoiding cross-contamination. Got the same blank stare when I asked the person who brought our drinks about it because I was feeling nervous. Tried to be optimistic and ate the pizza anyway but while I didn’t have a full reaction I definitely didn’t feel well, so I’m guessing CC. The pizza was pretty good, but not worth the stress or potential illness.
