We came on opening night not knowing what to expect and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious food. Although there was a bit of opening night chaos, the GF chicken pesto pizza made in a central wood fired oven was to die for. Delicious flavorful dough and very fresh high quality ingredients make the difference. Highly recommend the kale, fig and ricotta salad. They make their own GF dough and it is one of the best I’ve had.

We so wanted to like this new local establishment. Looks great inside and found a great happy hour menu for a future visit. We were a group of 7 and came for lunch. We called ahead to verify they had gluten free crust as our adult son has celiac. They do and we were told over the phone that they had a separate oven. We specifically asked that question. When we got there and we asked about it again as we were placing our order. The girl taking the order as well as the cook were totally clueless. So you know, some people eat gluten free cause they want to, others because they have to. Our son falls in the "have" to group. If you have to have gluten free your food can not touch gluten and separate tools and utensils have to handle the pizza. While the heat in the oven might kill off the gluten inside the oven, you still need separate pizza cutters and boards to remove the pizza from the oven. The people working were actually clueless. Just saying you have gluten free pizza is not enough. Unfortunately we had to leave. I suggest the owners check out how Blaze does it up the street because they do gluten free very well. Just saying you have gluten free crust does not make the pizza gluten free.

I ordered a pizza and later that night became sick. Not gluten free safe at all. When preparing my pizza there was no separate area and used the same space as regular pizzas.

They don’t take any precautions for cross contamination and use the same oven that is covered in flour. If you don’t have CC sensitivity you will love it but if you are, DONT EAT THE PIZZA! They have some good salads though.

Fan of anyone with a hand-made gluten free crust but watched as flour from non-gluten free pizza fell into pizza sauce. The way the kitchen is setup negates the effort put in to make gluten free crust. Hope they make needed changes to make this another viable GF option.

The pizza was pretty good and I surprisingly didn’t get sick with the amount of flour everywhere. I wouldn’t recommend as celiac-friendly.

Excellent pizza. The gluten free option is even better than the regular one. Favorite place to go for pizza, no doubt.

The best gluten free pizza you’ll ever have. Not celiac friendly but if you have a gluten digestive enzyme to take “just in case” that’s what I did and I’ve been fine. Simalase gfcf is what I take. Best pizza ever so worth it!

Not celiac/gluten sensitive friendly. Same stone for pizza and even with salads the flour in the air guarantees I get sick every time.

Gluten free pizzas are placed on the same stone as the normal pizzas in the oven. Not celiac friendly.

The gluten free pizza was PHENOMENAL! My mom, who is not gluten free, taste tested the gluten free crust next to her regular crust and it had very little difference! All of the ingredient and toppings are super fresh and the staff seemed knowledgeable about the menu.
