They have a gluten free bun and the manager came out and spoke with me. Confirmed all my options, and assured me they cook everything separately.

Super waiter. Quick service. Lots of options even if buns for burgers is all you want. Wife celiac had great chicken salad.

Would give 5 starts except for the terrible waitress. Fantastic manager saved it. They have an extensive for allergy compendium detailing every aspect of every dish. Manager comes to the table to discuss options every time. Waitress was neglectful and clueless about food allergies but manager was attentive, dedicated, and overall fantastic. As a sensitive celiac, I didn't get sick. Would recommend!
The hamburger buns are good and they have gluten free beer. But DON’T eat the fries, they’re beer-battered.
I went here with my kids, one of which is gluten free. When we told the waitress she had the manager come over with an allergen checklist and showed us everything that she would be able to eat. She couldn’t do the fries because they are not gluten free but they let her substitute their tater tot appetizer for the side fries. They were awesome and knowledgeable about allergies all around. I was hesitant because of the reviews on here but we tried it anyway and I’m so glad we did!

The staff gave us a gluten free menu, HOWEVER numerous options that were listed on the gluten free menu were not prepared gluten free.. for example, the nachos themselves were gluten free but had to be put in a frier that was not dedicated gluten free. It was a huge hassle. After placing three orders and being told none of them would be ideal for someone with celiac disease, we finally settled for a burger with a gf bun. Had this not been for my hungry 6 year old daughter with celiac disease, I had would have left. We will not be returning.

I ordered the Turkey Burger with vegetables. The manager came out to discuss my options and was knowledgeable. Their frier is not dedicated, but that's no big deal if you avoid fried food. Food was good and tested under 5ppm gluten with my Nima tester.
Yes
Gluten free buns
Server pointed out that the fries would have gluten and offered a side salad as an alternative.
My side salad was big and tasty.
Burger was wonderful.
Also had GF beer!
We called ahead of time to check and see how things were prepared. We were assured that things were prepared separately and that the manager would come out and run through the menu options with us prior to ordering. Unfortunately, after making a pretty big deal about how I had celiac and not just a gluten preference, I still wound up sick. My burger came out, and I took a few bites before the waiter ran back and told me they never took the sauce off and that the sauce had gluten in it. After taking the burger that I had already eaten off of away, they did bring me a new one, but at that point it was too late. I never was approached my management about it, and our poor waiter was left to take care of the entire situation. The food was excellent, but if you have celiac or a gluten allergy I wouldn't take any chances here.
What a great place for a quick lunch and drinks! Management was called to help us navigate the menu so that my daughter and I would have a positive experience. My daughter had a grilled chicken sandwich on a gf bun...the fries are NOT gluten free :( She was given other options and was pleased with that.
Waitress was rude when I asked about other options. No bun options, no options for other sides. On top of that, three of us for our food and finished eating before my son even got his burger. She initially said it would be 5 minutes for his burger. 20 minutes later it showed up and it was wrong. Another 15 minutes and they finally got it right. Don't go.

No gluten free menu. Only allergen.

No gluten free bread options. The waitress said I could have a burger without the bun, but said burgers are cooked on the same grill as the buns. I about their grilled chicken salad, but then learned that the chicken is cooked on the same shared grill. Also learned that the shredded cheese was not gluten free. I ended up with iceberg lettuce, olives, and green peppers as a salad.

Would not recommend this restaurant terrible options for gluten-free used to be a wonderful restaurant have now gotten horrible servers that would not serve my child a children's menu because they said he looked too old they asked his age and he was just a little bit older not even one year than the children's menu she was very rude and refuse to give him a kids pizza I walked out and have never been back that is just horrible service very depressing used to be so wonderful.. I would not return anyway there's been so many complaints of people I know with cross-contamination so if you have celiac or gluten intolerance stay away
No
i am very sensitive to cross contamination and did not get sick. i had the el cubano sandwich on gluten free bread with a baked potato and flourless chocolate torte for dessert. awesome. they have bot gluten free bread and buns from a company called local oven out of texas. it was soft and tasted great.
No bun is a lazy way of helping those gluten free. Get gluten free choices on the menu!
Burger no bun... There are better options in the dells.
I did not have a good experience here. Apparently they changed the menu for wo-zah-wa days but it was burgers without a bun. Explained to the waitress no fries and I was argued with how those are gf even though they're cooked in the same oil. Repeated again no fries and to make sure when they brought our food up my food couldn't be on the tray. When it came up, my food was on the same tray with fries hanging into my basket and crumbs of something on top of the burger. Didn't eat any of it, yet was still charged 10.99. The manager was super nice about it and understanding, his grandpa has celiac. He ended up giving us a twenty five dollar gift card. I wouldn't eat there again but supposedly the burgers are good.
Bartender said they had a GF beer on tap called Spotted Cow. It tasted fantastic! Couldn't believe it was GF - that's because it isn't. 3 hours later my hands filled with arthritis. Burger okay, nice friendly atmosphere, but PISSED the bartender sold me a wheat beer stating it was GF. It will kill a good two days of my vacation.
Good place for a burger, no bun. The burger was great!

The food was good and they had a gluten free menu available. It wasn't anything spectacular - mainly just their menu items without buns and such, but it was nice to have. The burger was good. I was sad to not have fries though!
I visited with coworkers who don’t need to eat gf. The normal menu looked great, but the kitchen couldn’t guarantee there wouldn’t be cross-contamination, so there wasn’t anything I could eat. Great for a couple drinks and to watch the game though.

At this location I wasn’t able to get the fries which makes me sad since the first monks we went to in the Dells they have a dedicated frier but apparently this location doesn’t. The burger was still good and I didn’t feel sick afterwards just wish I could of had the fries as well.

Ordered a gf hamburger bun & owner came out to talk with me warning me of potential cross contamination. He was very nice. He brought my food out & it came with a wheat bun. I asked him to remake the burger since cross contamination and he gladly did. Just a mistake but a little more caution on their part would have been nice!

Unfortunately, we did not have a good gluten free experience at this location. The “gluten-free menu” was a sheet that stated which food items had wheat in them. The burgers were listed as containing wheat since they had buns. There is no dedicated fryer and to top it off, the gave my celiac child a chocolate chip cookie on her plate which was absolutely not gluten free. Would not recommend for anyone celiac!

The new Stevens Point location does not follow the same protocols for gluten free as other locations. We have been served breaded mushrooms in a dish that said gluten free. We’ve been given regular buns when told it was gluten free by the waitress only to have them come later and apologize that they were mistaken.
When done correctly and safely it is good. But celiacs please beware there is cross contamination.
