They were very attentive and our pasta came out with a marker stating gluten free! The owner is gluten free so that made us feel a little better. They said they change gloves, wash the pot they cook the gluten free pasta in and get new water. The pasta was delicious. We didn't get sick but there is risk of cross contamination.
Good food. Celiac safe. You can substitute spaghetti or a tube pasta for any meal on the list. We also caprese salad that was good too.
I had a great meal, and loved how much my server and the rest of the staff knew about gluten free. I had to make sure it’s known, though - the gluten free tiramisu is no more!! I’m so sad!!!! I was so excited to have tiramisu again, and was so disappointed when the server told me that it is no more.
My child loved the GF pasta which is made by Tinkyada. They have mastered cooking it just right. I bought the same pasta from the store but couldn't get it to cook as well. It nice to go to a pasta restaurant and have some options.
My wife thinks its fabulous! Great service and very knowledgable about gf. I had the gf spaghetti and sausage.
Very good food but not much variety. The also have a gf tirimisu that is very tasty.
Almost all of their main dishes can be made with GF noodles, and many can be made vegan as well. The waitress and seating hostess were both extremely knowledgeable and accommodating. When I asked if the soup of the day has gluten, they said no but that it had been prepared in the morning on the same kitchen where they were baking and cutting bread, so she advised me against it.
Not only did I feel safe eating here, it was DELICIOUS. I had the pasta primavera, awesome flavor, crisp veggies.
