Make sure your food comes out on the special gluten free plate. If it doesn’t then it’s not safe. This has happened to me before. I’ve never sick here before. Just be alert.

We ate here once and will NEVER go back! My Celiac child was sick for days after :( The table was visibly dirty. When the plates were brought to us, the waiter (who had served multiple customers similarly, ahead of us) had his fingers touching the food. Also when we explained his Celiac, there was no indication that the server understood. We had a bad feeling rightaway and should have left.

Love it! They do have a separate GF menu that you can ask for when they seat you. This is about the only Chinese food that I can eat.

I've had good luck with other PF Chang's, but I've experienced bad service here most of the time and the restaurant seems to have questionable cleanliess. Last time I went, I had a reaction to wheat despite ordering gluten free options. I recommend going down the road to the location in Dunwoody.

Absolutely amazing GF Chinese! I've searched and searched for places and really they're the only ones in the area. I've gotten sick here once, but have eaten here several times since then and had no issue. I always make sure to stress that I have celiac and that gluten will make me extremely ill.

not sure about gluten free ... I'm not sure what else it is but every time I've eaten pf Chang's I get incredibly sick for days ... not again

Great selections for the gf menu, although they up charge $1 for all gf options, even though for most of the items they aren't cooking them differently (or in another sauce).

Great tasting food. Gluten free menu was immediately offered. Wish it had a bit more choices but all I picked were delicious.

So good about GF! I told my husband that they made me feel special about being GF! Highly recommend the lettuce wraps!

Huge selection of menu items. All have been very tasty. They are very conscious of their gluten free eaters.

Always excellent service! I recently brought my gluten and soy intolerant grandmother to their restaurant and the manager printed out an allergen menu that combined all our allergies (egg, dairy, gluten and soy) instead of making us flip through a menu for each meal she was interested in.

The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.

Used to go here a lot pre pandemic but had not been in some time due to other options I can’t get at home. Wanted something fast so got an order to go. Was ready in 12 mins! Safe and marked gf. Be sure to ask for packets of gf soy sauce.
