Ordered a dish online for deliver. Worst delivery I’ve ever had and I reacted to it. It was a stir fry noodle dish and it was mostly mush.

Decent food, a few good items to choose from. It’s a chain restaurant so expect chain quality.

I never eat this type of food but I ordered the pork fried rice and the Thai low main and it was excellent. Huge portions, delicious and I did not have any issues!

I don’t eat too much of this type of food in general. The fried rice is amazing and my go to. I know they use separate kitchen spaces and pans. I didn’t get sick!

Standard limited menu. Spotty service.
The waitress was super weird, she did not take me saying that my wife was a celiac seriously at all. Not even four hours later after we ate she’s already throwing up and shaking. If you were celiac do not eat here!
No
They have very little for people with complex food allergies. Wish I had gone next door to Cheesecake Factory.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable about celiac disease, dedicated wok for cooking GF
Yes
Got the beef fried rice, delicious. I don’t get Chinese food often so this was cool! Everything GF is cooked in a separate wok.
Yes
really yummy, really clean. Celica friendly for sure.

I go here all the time because they're so accommodating- never gotten sick and the staff always knows how to handle my allergy

I got really sick from this place manager told me over the phone that I was gonna get a gift card on the mail but till this day still waiting
Chose a chicken dish off the gf menu. Delicious! Has a dedicated gf cooking area.
Yes
Just love that place that serves the gf meal in a different plate so everyone from the kitchen to my table knows it's gf
I wish they were in my home town
Love the food! Thankful for all of the delicious gluten free options they have to choose from. Staff makes me feel secure and are always friendly at every one of their many locations I have dined at.
Went here for lunch on a Saturday. Server was attentive as was the manager who came around to check on us. Ordered the gluten-free spicy chicken (Genral Tso's) with white rice. Menu is adequate for GF selections. Staff didn't make a huge fuss - which was nice. Meal was ok - don't think I'd order it again. Unsure why the server brought us 2 fortune cookies - pretty sure they aren't gluten free. So my friend and I just opened them for our fortunes.
If you really like PF Changs - you'd probably do okay at this one. But I doubt I'll be returning.

I have great luck at P.F. Chang's and this location in particular has been very good to me. The GF menu isn't extensive, but there are enough choices to make a good meal. Our favorites are the egg drop soup, pork fried rice, and mongolian beef. I love that P.F. Chang's has special plates they use for the GF food. Such a comfort! Servers have always been pleasant, accommodating, and extremely knowledgable about Celiac. P.F. Chang's GF food items are expensive, but that is the reality when you have Celiac. But, for lunch, my non-Celiac husband and I split a bowl of egg drop soup(their bowls of soup are HUGE) and an order of beef fried rice and it came to under $20. That's totally reasonable for lunch. This location is in the Providence Place mall and can get very busy on weekends.

Excellent GF choices . I've been there on more than one occasion. I had the GF lettuce wraps which were so yummy and I loved the Singapore street noodles. I suggest calling ahead for seating on the weekend though.
Before my gluten allergy I wouldn't have been caught dead eating at this chain. With the allergy it satisfies the craving for Americanized-Asian food. They take the allergy seriously which also gives peace of mind.
Awesome
Good food selection for gluten free!

Very good GF but can be pricy....

Always a great place to go to satisfy my craving for Chinese food! Their servers are always very friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to their GF offerings. The lettuce wraps are delish!

I had an exceptional experience at this particular PF Chang's thanks to our waiter Luis! He told me all the GF selections as if it was "today's special" and was very knowledgable about GF drink options as well. This made me feel not only safe but normal for once! If you go there, ask for him, he's the best!

Love this place! I enjoy eating there because their staff is well trained about all allergies. Food is very very good!
Delicious! Love the lettuce wraps, general's chicken, and pepper steak. The vegetable fried rice costs extra, but it was worth it. I loved how they could still mix up their special sauces for us. The staff here was really well trained in GF.
good salection and good food. It lost one star for being over priced. Mongolian beef and lettuce wraps make a great meal.
Made me so very very happy! Staff are trained and they do not make you feel bad because you are GF.
Just gross.

Tried it for the first time on Mother's day and it was great to have good chinese food again. Decent number of options and the staff well trained to wait on those with allergies.
The server told me they have a dedicated gluten free line in the kitchen. The gluten free food is served on plates that are a different color from non-gluten-free food for easy identification. When I order take out, the gluten-free items are labeled with stickers. And the food is amazing!

Always a good option for a safe gf meal. They have a gluten free area of the kitchen where gf food is cooked separately and comes on special plates so you know it was prepared correctly. Not tons of options but the Changs Spicy chicken and fried rice are solid. The egg drop soup is great too!

I ordered the dinner for 2 and phoned in advance to verify they could switch out the soup for the gluten free option ( egg drop soup). They did no problem, no extra charge and also verified the food was prepped with seperate pans, work area and used gluten free soy sauce. The take out order dishes were also labeled with bright orange gluten free stickers. The day after eating my celiac husband felt fine. No cross contamination! Good quality chinese good with fresh ingredients.
