New restaurant. I called and spoke to the manager (possibly owner?) about the menu. He assured me they made a gluten free pizza, medium sized, roughly $21 for a one topping. Ordered delivery, which came quicker than expected. Pizza was delicious! Great, fresh toppings. No reactions to eating it. My daughter and I have cd and we’re both fine.
I've eaten here twice and not gotten sick, I'm very happy about finding a safe pizza place :) I asked them how they stop cross contamination and they said their sister has celiac disease and has bad reactions. They wash their hands, change their gloves, wipe down the surfaces. They use pre-made gluten free dough and cook the gf pizza on paper to separate it from the pan and they put it in a separate box as well. The gluten free pizzas only come in a 12' size -em<3
Our go to for pizza in Manteca. They have 2 special pans for gluten free crust and they are careful for cross contamination. But it is a pizza place so just like any other, wheat is always in the air. Udi crust. You can offset the GF upcharge a bit by ordering from the specials section on the menu and making the crust GF. Medium only.
