Another Postino location in Denver had good reviews in this app, so I thought maybe this one would also be celiac-friendly, and it is! The menu says both paninis and bruschetta boards are available GF, and there’s an allergens list that tells you which of the other items either contain gluten or are likely cross-contaminated. I had the bruschetta board, and it was great, and my server was super knowledgeable about kitchen precautions. (I did not ask about the safety of the paninis.)

Multiple GF options on the menu and the staff here were wonderful! They checked in about whether it was okay for glutenous and GF crackers to be touching (fine for me) and asked questions about whether I had an allergy. You can get any of the bruschetta or paninis GF plus a bunch of the starters and salads.

Absolutely love this place. Very safe for celiacs! They take allergies and celiac very seriously. They offer gluten free bruschetta, as well as gf bread for paninis. Unlike other gf bread, theres is so soft and tastes so delicious so you’re def not feeling kike you’re missing out. The servers are all knowledgeable and help guide you through the menu. Food came out and they distinguished which was gf and it was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

10/10!! They are very knowledgeable about what can/cannot be made gluten free. I ordered the Chicken Mozzarella panini on gf bread. They do not have a separate panini press, but assured me that all gluten free paninis are wrapped in foil to avoid Cross contamination.

They offer gluten free charcuterie and bruschetta boards which I can’t wait to try next time.

This place is great. They have super yummy gluten-free bread that they turn into a delightful bruschetta type appetizer or a wonderfully thick grilled cheese sandwich with perfectly crispy edges and also into yummy panini style sandwiches. The grilled cheese is so crispy and crunchy and is served with creamy tomato soup. It is quite a delicious splurge!
