My daughter is celiac, had a hamburger with GF bun and fries in dedicated frier. Server seemed knowledgeable. Separte GF menu. I had a salad which was surprisingly fresh. Good experience.

Server seemed confident gf meals were prepared and cooked in a separate area not using the main make tables. GF menu is titles “Gluten Sensitive” and has a variety of items to choose from.

There was only one item marked on the menu as GF which was a pasta dish and you could add chicken to it for a cost of $23. We just wanted an appetizer, not a big meal so I ordered an order of French fries. The waiter assured me they would be made in a dedicated fryer. I did not have any issues after eating them.

Only one item listed as gf , anaconda pasta. However they do have gf buns and fries have a dedicated frier. What our waiter didnt know he went and asked. I had the pasta with chicken added. Very good

Food was ok, even gluten items (I do not have celiac but my 7 year old does ) we came for more of a kid friendly experience and it was ok. I had never been here before and I kind of expected more. Food didn’t seem to bother her but gf selections were minimal

Informed server in a highly sensitive celiac, and asked if she would please inform the cook. Ordered a salad with italian dressing I was told was gluten free. Finished 3/4 of my salad and found a crouton. 🙄🤬 Dinner came, assured me 3 time it was gluten free 🙄 I'm currently bloated and nauseous 🤢 I was so hungry, hasn't eaten all day... I'm so sorry I didn't just go hungry and wait for the nearly 3 hour drive home 🤢😭

Chef came out to explain every option without even asking! Dedicated frier, too.
Yes
Not much to chose from on the menu, but the staff more than made up for this. The head chef came out and spoke with me. He handled making my food himself. I was very impressed by this. And my food was delicious!
Had GF pasta. Chef came out and spoke to us.
Yes
We were looking for gluten-free on the Riverwalk and vegetarian and found the gluten freeo Anaconda pasta at rain Forest Cafe. The food was surprisingly good and even had vegetables in it would seem to be difficult to find in Texas. Those who are seriously gluten-free beware, they serve a slice of focaccia bread with this allergy friendly meal.
The manager came out and talked to me about my gluten restrictions. She promised they could make sure my food would be safe and prepared separately by the chef himself. It came out wrong 3 times and our whole party of 13 ate while I sat. Would have not been so bad had they not made so many promises. Be very careful. Even when they make it in a separate "yellow allergy ticket". They flopped on this visit!

Not much to choose from but the quinoa pasta is delicious! The chef came out to our table to interact with us and answer my questions. It was great knowing they were truly concerned with what I was eating!
The manager came to our table to talk about gf options for my son. They also have a gf bun now. We had a great experience!
The chef was so kind and helpful! He personally came to our table to help us. The food was amazing!! Such a fun resturant
No gf menu chef has to come out and talk he doesn't really know what to eat just frustrating and time consuming. A chain this large has no excuse
My kids always want to eat here for their birthdays, and the food is pretty lame, but I have survived on some plain chicken that they grill up for me every time. It's not terrible, but it's not worth the price we pay. But, I go because my kids have a ball and I end up taking the pictures while everyone else eats their huge volcano cake without me. I think they are lame for not having a gluten free menu because it makes me feel like a dork for having the chef come out and talk to me, but at least that ensures I'm not going to get sick.
Yes
They need to have a GF menu! Yes, the chef will come to your table but that is time consuming. The server was not very knowledgable at all, recommending the tomato basil wrap. Bread came on my salad anyway. Not impressed.

Love eating here. They now have a dessert menu. Ask to speak directly to the chef.
No GF menu, but chef came out to talk with me to let me know what was safe. The fries are in separate fryer too. Chef came back out during meal to make sure I was happy. Had no problems afterwards.
The staff was great in helping with my gluten free allergy. Not really a gluten free menu but you can order a burger with no bun and the fries are fried in a separate fryer. Also have 2 different gf desserts like cheesecake.
The waitstaff was amazing and assured us there is a dedicated dryer for fries and chips. My kids are both celiac and extremely sensitive and didn’t have any issues. There’s also a pasta option, but we didn’t have it.

Fantastic experience! Our server has celiac so he guided me through the menu. The manager came to our table and filled out an allergy ticket for the kitchen. This was the best eating out experience I have had since my diagnosis 2.5 years ago.

While they have a gluten free bun and pasta, I find the atmosphere more enjoyable than their food.

I went for dinner. There are a couple of options marked as gluten free at the menu. However they can make sandwiches and hamburgers with a gluten free bun.( Not sure about de seasoning). I ordered the China chicken salad. the staff help me making that one gluten free by removing a couple of ingredients.

Did not understand cross contamination or celiac unfortunately.
Went here because they had gluten free options.
Server ensured he understood me, said the burger was the only thing I could get - and when I said I couldn’t have fries in a shared fryer, told me they could bake the fries since they’re made in a shared fryer.
I did have the gluten menu pulled up on my phone but didn’t seem to know anything about it. So, Got the burger on the gluten free bun with baked fries, as it was my only option.
Dish showed up, a burger, covered in fries. Then he said, these are the regular fries, but the baked are coming out.
So all my gluten fries were covering my plate/burger.
Pretty sure the burger had a regular bun on it, could not confirm, so did not eat..
Server brought me a plate much later with baked fries, which was all I could eat.
Super disappointed, and needed to leave so did not send the burger covered in gluten fries back.
