Red Robin

Website is not easy to navigate - no way to see all Gluten Free options without clicking through each section - even when you are in restaurant there is no paper copy. Super limited kids menu for a kid-centric restaurant. Would love if they'd offer GF French fries. My daughter was at a kid birthday party and was disappointed in her few choices.

I have never been so sick! My 4th visit was a disaster. Cross-contaminated badly! Server presented as understanding- 20 mins after leaving gluten reaction kicked in.

Visits 1-3 were in old location visit 4 new location near CBS Scene. I will never be back- its too bad food was decent overall.

I have been to the patriots place location a handful of times without experiencing any issues. They always have cider at the bar, gluten free buns and fry the French Fries separately.

Gluten and wheat are treated separately by their menu. menu has mixed messages about the actual gluten free-ness of items. some wait staff have poor understanding of what contains gluten. manager wasn't sure and was going to check labels. yikes.

the people are excellent, however in my view the corporation isn't helping them out with clear information

The last 3 times I've been to this Red Robin location (all in the last year) gluten free buns were available and the staff assured me that fries were fried in a separate fryer. (I didn't have any reaction after eating them so I assume this is true.) Red Robin has a really helpful gluten free menu online now that lists all foods that can be made GF and what substitutions beyond the bun need to be made (if any). I was so excited to be able to eat their Bruschetta Chicken Sandwich again!

No kid friendly options, fries are made in a shared fryer so a plain burger was our only option, manager told us this location doesn't carry Gf buns.

Disappointing. No dedicated menu. Was handed a separate list with lots of qualifications and no entree descriptions. I had to have the regular menu and the cheat sheet open to figure it out. Options were pretty minimal. Fries were qualified as not GF due to a shared fryer - so why are they on the GF list ? GF menu said no GF buns yet the regular menu showed that got an extra charge you could get a GF bun. Disappointing

bottomless gf fries in there own fryer, yum. Good burger its to bad there gf roll crumbles.

The offer GF buns and have a dedicated fryer for the french fries.

This gluten free menu is a joke. It consist of salad and 3 dressing.

We have been twice now, the staff addressed any allergies. The cauliflower pizza is amazing. I understand the huge risk of cross contamination and I’m quite sensitive.. however I had no problems with their pizza both times we went! Will come back again!

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that
