The gf buns fall apart easily and are tasteless. One visit, I asked for no cheese on my meal, but it can't out with cheese. I sent it back, explaining my lactose intolerance, and when it came back, they'd just peeled off the cheese but left pieces of it. I had to ask for a new meal. I don't eat there anymore.
Map directions were wrong... Knowledgeable waiter but kitchen gave me wrong bun... I caught it... Had to send 2nd one back they just changed out the burger on the plate... Crumbs and seasame seeds under GF burger buns... Would not recommend this location is you are Celiac
Stay away from this chain. I ordered a GF bun and was served a regular bun. Staff doesn't care about gluten free orders.

They're gluten free menu or what they call their allergy menu is on their website. They once had tablets but customers were stealing them. The manager and the waitress were super friend and helpful. I asked for the menu and the manager helped me access it on my phone. And the waitress made a note to the kitchen that I actually had a gluten allergy. I had no issues with my meal choices.
Actually over red robin!! They have this huge book that the waiter brought out and slammed on the table to show me the gluten free items. It was kinda hilarious. But so far I have never had an issue and I love the burger lettuce wrapped. Oh my.
We eat here regularly with two gluten free eaters. We always have a good experience no matter who we get as a server. It's great to always have a bun and fries for that burger. Great place to feed the family without breaking the bank.

I’m sensitive to gluten and have not had a reaction here. The staff were professional when asked about their gluten free options.
We eat here often and even order on Uber eats as my kids enjoy it. They take precautions and are extra careful. They put purple sticks in all gluten allergy foods to keep them separate. Fries are fried in their own dedicated fryer and the gf pizza is cooked separately as well.
Such a great experience! The server was so helpful about what was gf on the menu and asked the kitchen questions if she didn’t know firsthand! They fried up fresh chips in the dedicated fryer to be able to have the chips and salsa appetizer as well!
Dedicated gluten free fryer, have to specifically ask for them to use that fryer. Can make burgers in a lettuce wrap. Gluten free menu online. Have eaten here twice now and haven’t had issues.
Multiple safe and enjoyable experiences here. Allergies are taken seriously. California Chicken, and most burgers can have a GF bun. Fries are yummy and safe too! Always careful to still insist on a safe area in kitchen, glove change etc. Haven’t gotten sick yet after 6 weeks in a row. Our new Sunday lunch place for now.
