Love this place! I’ve been to other Red Robin’s in the past. But this one knows what it’s doing with being Celiac safe! Separate fryer for GF fries and separate prep space for GF food. I ordered a gourmet burger with a gluten free bun—DELISH! Did not inquire about the pizza’s they offer.. but I plan to see if they can accommodate for a celiac safe one the next time

They were very helpful here. We went in for a burger and my son actually ended up getting Donatos Pizza that they also serve here. He very much liked it. Of course you have to get the fries!

Yes, perhaps surprisingly, the crew at Red Robin Southgate knows how to do Celiac-safe gluten free food. I have visited many times and have never had anything close to a reaction. I get the Royal Burger with GF bun, and GF bottomless fries from their dedicated frier. The front staff is knowledgeable, as out the folks in the kitchen.
Yes
Red Robin has gluten free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free fries. Please verify with your server.
I usually order the California chicken burger without guacamole and gf french fries. I don’t know what’s in the guacamole or what Red Robin’s process is to isolate the ingredients when it’s prepared. It can’t be gluten free.
Really wish I could write a better review of this place. Waitress was very accommodating, separate allergen menu, dedicated fryer for fries and GF bun for my burger. But I've eaten there twice in the last two years and can now say definitively I've gotten sick afrer both times. Maybe shared grill space for the burgers? Not sure but don't think I'll take the risk again.
I'm changing my review on this one. They do a really good job!
Had the worst experience with their takeout when I visited the area. Received a third of gluten free fries compared to the regular order, they forgot the guacamole on the guacamole burgers, and food was tasteless. I reveived a partial credit for the inconvenience, but ended up throwing my order away.
I was nervous about going here after reading the lukewarm reviews, but boy was I impressed! I'd never eaten at Red Robin before, but I've already gone back because it was so good. I immediately mentioned to my waitress that I had celiac and she checked with the chefs to ensure their location had a dedicated GF fryer. Then the manager oversaw my entire meal. The gluten free bun on my grilled turkey burger was delicious - the first I've eaten in a year! - and the bottomless GF steak fries were amazing! I didn't suffer any ill effects and had plenty of leftovers. Just be sure to download their app or check the allergen menu online since they don't have GF menus at the restaurant.

The staff are always very knowlegeable, concerned and the food tastes good too. I have eaten their several times an have never had an issue. Highly Recommended!
Very knowledgeable about gf and cross contamination! Delicious!!
We've ordered from here a couple times for our celiac daughter and we've had positive experiences both times. She's had the fries, kids chicken, side salad, broccoli and milk. You can specify when you order that you have celiac.

I went there yesterday for takeout while eating in the mall with other family members (as the mall food isn't exactly the most friendly when it comes to gluten free, or other things I can't have like HFCS for example). When I asked about a gluten free menu, I was given an employee tablet which had a list to check off what I am allergic to (obviously I picked gluten AND wheat). Ended up having the bacon cheeseburger as I was unsure personally about the presence of HFCS in anything else like the mayo/seasoning. So I got the bacon cheeseburger without seasoning, mayo and tomatoes (I don't like tomatoes and I brought my own safe condiments), with steak fries. The bun was surprisingly soft, as I have had a bad experience with harder buns from the store. Tasted good, wasn't spectacular. But for $15 just for a burger and fries (not even a drink) I don't know if I believe it's worth it for a quick lunch.
