I had high hopes going in, but a sad ending. The staff seemed friendly and helpful, but I did get sick. It may be worth a try for the brave among you who aren't as sensitive.
Super aware of needs, and for that I'm grateful. Their service last time I came was very poor though. That was frustrating since I'm a pretty regular customer.

Great gf options and they are very careful about cross contamination. Will bring your food separately than the rest of the table to make sure. They all had been educated on gf. Very happy with them, will continue going and enjoying!
I love this location! The staff is very knowledgeable about what is and isn't gluten free on the menu. They have reminded me numerous times that the seasoning salt is not gluten free (has caramel color in it), although i sometimes choose not to listen (My own fault for getting sick with that one). They are also very forthcoming with other gluten free options like the Udi's Gluten Free bun (I just don't like buns for my burgers). Love this place. Great food and great service.
The manager brought the menu book to us personally. Our waitress was GREAT! My son ate almost all of his cheeseburger, which is really unusual. They were exceptional here!
I have eaten here a few times and the servers I've gotten are usually knowledgeable or at least willing to go check with the kitchen on options. If I have detailed questions the Manager has always been available and very helpful. They are unwilling to change up much from the menu so as not to confuse the kitchen and to make sure things are safe. I appreciate how careful they have been.
This isn't a bad option in the least. Yes, their menu is more of an allergen menu than a gf menu, but it's still a tasty menu. Their burgers come lettuce-wrapped OR you can get a gf bun. And the bun tastes good. There are other gf options - I typically get a salad. But the ranch dressing isn't safe, and that's highly annoying. Also, the staff is barely knowledgeable. We have always been able to ask for an ice cream shake, no malt, and been fine. Suddenly, it's impossibly to not add the malt - even though they make shakes and malts! And they've reassured us that the malt is added in by the chef/cook, not premixed. I don't know what their problem is, but when we ask for the gf menu or order gf, I ALWAYS get an eyeroll. Seriously? Get over it.
Gluten free options are great! Really good gf burger and fries for our celiac daughter. I loved the gf bun. No issues. They actually have an iPad menus for allergies, you can pick which allergens you want to avoid and all of your appropriate options populate.
I have Celiac and I was very impressed by my experience at this Red Robin today. We sat at the bar, and the bartender was extremely nice and knowledgable. I got a simple burger on a gluten free bun with a side of their fries (they have a dedicated GF fryer) and honey mustard. It was great - we will be returning!
A GLUTEN FREE EXPERIENCE!!! I went to Red Robin for a dinner with my family, we aren’t used to trusting people to make my food for me because even the slightest cross contamination can get me sick. When you get to the table they hand you a tablet instead of a menu if you have a food allergy. You click your allergies and it tells you everything you are safe to have. This is the best way to order gluten free and you can trust red robin that they won’t cross contaminate ANY of your food. Awesome family restaurant for a good meal even Gluten Free

Excellent. Have dined here several times. Very knowledgeable. I’m very sensitive and still have never been contaminated here. Usually get the turkey burger on GF bun, fries from dedicated frier.
I ordered to go and the bartender and waiter were both very knowledgeable and helpful. They knew everything off the top of their heads down to every sauce that had gluten in it.
This Red Robin used to be very careful about their gluten free food. They would bring it out separately and it had the purple picks in the food to indicate allergy. Well the past year they stopped doing that, and I would always double check - are you sure this is gluten free? And the waitress would say “oh yes yes”. Well tonight we went there and I specified gluten free and the waiter assured me that their fries are cooked in soybean oil separate from everything else. I accepted his answer. Well when my sweet potatoes fries were brought out to me, they were old & luke-warm like they had been sitting around for awhile (gross) and they tasted like onion rings!! Which means onion rings were cooked in the same fryer. This happened to me one other time at a Red Robin in MI and my fries actually came out with pieces of the onion rings mixed in. My chicken sandwich was fine - I got it on the lettuce wrap. Anyways, my the time we left the restaurant my heart was racing & I was sweating and now I have gastrointestinal distress. I would not recommend it anymore. I used to love Red Robin cause they were so careful!! I just wish they would change back to how they were doing it before.
Waiter Zac understood Celiac, provided me with gluten-free menu, and assured me of their processes for avoiding cross-contamination. I got a bacon cheeseburger and fries (dedicated fryer). First burger out since diagnosed — SO good to have a burger on a bun again! And they gave me so many fries, I couldn’t finish them all! Felt fine after. Recommend this location.
Staff very helpful and concerned about doing what they could to be sure our food was safe to eat. They do warn you they can not guarantee no cross contamination and the food was wonderful as was the service. Unfortunately, we both had a serious reaction within 30 minutes of the meal.

Separate fryer and knowledgeable staff. One of my favorite places for a GF burger - I don’t like gf buns but their lettuce wrap is done very well and you can add bacon! I get a bacon cheeseburger in lettuce with endless fries. They have angry orchard too. Great cheap choice for celiac!
After explicitly telling the waitress that I had a severe gluten allergy, I ordered from the allergy menu and she asked if croutons are ok on the salad. Highly uneducated staff about gluten. I ordered an angry orchard. She dropped it off at my table, I took a giant swig of what I thought to be angry orchard, she served me an IPA. I spit out as much as I could but how dare she. After it being brought to the managers attention, she sat there and smirked. This is my health and serving a celiac an IPA is not ok. We usually visit Red Robin’s when we travel and have never had any problems. Do not come here - this is unacceptable.
Have eaten here several times, as well as used the order online/pick up option. The burgers, both hamburgers and chicken, were delicious. The gluten free buns and french fries are good. The reason I did not give 5 stars was because last time we were there the entire restaurant seemed dirty, from the tables and floors to the rest rooms. They do seem to be careful about cross contamination.
I eat here often. Staff knowledgeable about gluten free food and how to avoid cross contamination. They always make extra fries for me and make sure I am taken care of. They have a dedicated fryer for fries. Both my fries and my cheeseburger tested gluten free with my Nima gluten detector. The Red Robin seasoning tested positive for gluten.
Hit or miss. I’ve found it’s better to go when it’s not peak times. I’ve been given a basket of fries with a piece of chick strip in it and also had my plate with a gluten free bun and “allergen fries” come out with what looked to be the breading from an onion ring on the plate. I don’t think the servers at this location care. The one in Jones Valley is better.
Told the waitress I was celiac and REQUIRED gluten free food. Since the kitchen either forgot and pushed aside our order we finally got our order roughly 40 minutes later. I guess on the high side the meal was comped by an apologetic manager but I do not like being treated as a 2nd class citizen because I have celiac and the staff does not care or has disdain for GF preparation. I recommend steering clear of this place for a while.
Separate GF menu was a little weird to navigate on a tablet. Ordered the Spinach Artichoke dip appetizer and a chicken sandwich on GF bun. Everything tasted great, but there must have been cross contamination because even before dinner was over I was having a reaction. 3 stars for a good attempt.
Separate fryer! This location has special plates to indicate GF (many locations do this but it is not chain wide). Seasoning is unclear. Some say it’s gf, some not. Supposedly it used to not be and was changed to be. I’m really sensitive and i tried it and didn’t get sick, but try it at your own discretion
It was a Wed night and we had a 45 min wait! Guessing they were low on staff as 1/2 the restaurant was empty. Food wasn’t great. They seemed to know about GF. I went because their fries are GF. They weren’t hot and we never got asked if we wanted refills (bottomless fries). My daughters order was wrong and my husbands sandwich was soggy. Not going back!
I didnt die! Celiac's disease and had no reaction, I'm in town for the week for a conference and glad to be able to grab a burger and beer (cider). side note: they still advertise Omission as gluten free, DONT DRINK THIS BEER. You will be very sick
Waitress knew the answer to all my questions about GF options. Staff was friendly. Fries are fried in separate oil so they are celiac safe. Gluten free bun was average but meal overall was superb. Definitely coming back. I wouldn’t have thought of Red Robin as a forward thinking progressive celiac friendly place until today! 10/10
I’ve been a handful of times now and have never had a problem. I usually get the bacon cheeseburger on a gluten free bun with gluten free fries (no seasoning). I’ve heard from other Red Robin’s that you can have the seasoning but they withhold it just to be safe.
Told server and manager about intolerance. Got ill for 3 days and over Christmas from ordering the simply grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce with gluten free fries. Apparently the sauce they put on the chicken is not gluten free and the manager and kitchen is not trained to handle gluten free dining. They also brought me a burger with a wheat bun at first, and by the time I got my remade food, I ate alone. The boy who served us was very respectful and kind, however.
We've eaten here twice now and both times have been amazing. They have a separate fryer for gluten free and use a purple tooth pick to indicate that something is indeed gluten free. I'm really happy to have found a place with so many options and can accommodate the gluten allergy
