I absolutely love the celiac sweet potato fries!!! We pick this restaurant a lot because it’s VERY accommodating and safe for me and my family! I would eat here everyday if I could.
Yes
Super nice waiters and even on packed nights you get food pretty quick. I'm Celiac and had no problem. The food is delicious!!!
Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Gluten free French fries!! Had a bunless burger. Wasn't enough large lettuce to wrap so are with a knife and fork, but delicious nonetheless. Family enjoyed their glutenous items. Staff was fantastic.
When I asked for a GF menu, I was told to look at it on my phone or they would bring me a tablet. When I got the tablet, I was completely frustrated as it didn't show what the dish was made up of, pictures or even prices. I had to flip back & forth with the regular menu. Finally I was so exasperated I asked the waitress to suggest something since I am highly allergic. She said she couldn't, it was against the law!?! At that point, I just ordered the Ensenada chicken platter and asked if the chef could clean the grill first. She assured me it wasn't necessary because they didn't put any bread on it. I should have pushed the issue because I can almost guarantee my chicken was grilled near remnants of something with teriyaki sauce because I am now sick. Never again with Red Robin.
No
One of the reasons I like Red Robbins is because I can count on the consistency of my gf food. I always order the California Chicken in a lettuce wrap, no Mayo. Unfortunately the quality of my meal at the Missoula, Montana restaurant was of an inferior quality. The guacamole was very spicy, the chicken over cooked and with a bit of a burnt taste to it. The wait staff, on the other hand, were excellent and went out of their way to fix the situation. I was not charged for my meal, which was very generous and kind on their part. The cook perhaps needs some training. My husband found that his hamburger (not gf) also did not meet his expectation from Red Robbin.

This has been a great place for us to eat gf. My wife was recently diagnosed celiacs and was bummed because this was one of her favorites. We decided to try the gf bun. It was excellent, the staff was very helpful. This is definitely one of our favorite date night places still

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
