I go to Red Robins on occasions, and every time I've been, they have done an astounding job keeping me and my sister (who has celiac) safe. They are really great at keeping things from cross contamination, and I haven't had an outbreak once!

My family eats at this location all the time and my daughter who has celiac has never gotten sick. She orders a bacon cheeseburger on a GF bun and garlic fries at pretty much every visit. After reading the negative review from March I decided to double check on the fries when we ordered tonight. I asked the server if they had a dedicated frier. That threw her off for a minute which almost always happens to me when I ask people about *dedicated friers*. Servers don't always understand what that means. She explained that they have a frier that only French fries go in and then as she was explaining it, realized that what she was explaining meant that yes, they have a dedicated frier. I don't know if this is true for all locations but it is true for the Clovis restaurant. She also explained that they have a separate prep area for the GF food and that the cook would change their gloves. My daughter is very sensitive and she has no reaction whenever we eat at this location.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Love them!! Our date night spot always get *gluten free cheeseburger with extra fries and bagged separate! Having been sick yet, I’ve been going for 2 years now.

If you want to vomit, eat at RedRobin.. It's only been 30 40 minutes after I've eaten at Red Robin and I'm already starting to throw up... I went in and talked to the manager and told him how serious everything was for me. Ask him if he could hawk my meal and make sure as best as he could that I didn't get gluten in my meal... They did not have a dedicated fryer for fries or chips or anything like that so I ordered the broccoli... I think the cross contamination was in the broccoli as I ate some or and then after eating it noticed that there was a different food than broccoli in the dish. It was some sort of chicken, something with a coating... So I would say eat there at Major risk.. after showing the manager the chicken in my broccoli he wanted to tell me how chicken was gluten free but failed to understand that if the chicken was there then other cross-contamination probably was also.. so I guess if you're a vegan and eat at Red Robin, you're also screwed and and we know veganism is a choice but yet Red Robin does have vegan choices on their menu so they would not get the proper service...
also side note we ordered sweet tea with peach but the tea came to us unsweetened...
Oh here's another little side note I told the waitress how sensitive I was to gluten and how it would kill me and she jokingly said then you better be nice to me. It's not very funny now when I'm throwing up.....

I ate here once and was quite impressed with the waiters knowledge of celiac and the electronic allergy menu he brought out. Separate are for gluten free. No contamination and I have atypical celiac, so VERY sensitive. Going again for sure! They even have GF buns (I did not try just because I was having digestive issues that day).

It was a good experience. Waitress knew what I was talking about. She did not put my order next to my companion's order. They had to give me an iPad to see what was gluten free on their menu. When I went to another RR location the screens at each table had that info on it. Not here. I had no issues and I am sensitive. So good to eat Fries out - without the seasoning. I noticed this time they state that cross contamination can occur with fries and burgers.

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
