After reading reviews, we decided to finally take our daughter (Celiac) to a restaurant. It’s been over a year since we have done this. The staff at this location (from the host- manager-server-and bar tender) ALL immediately put us at ease, as they were all very fluent in their GF protocols. If you visit a restaurant, and no one can speak to the allergy protocol, it’s not a good sign! Every single employee that we encountered was knowledgeable, friendly, and reassured us that they understood the risks for her. They wiped down a separate designated gluten-free tablet for her to scroll and select her meal. They provided us with a separate placemat utensils, and separate containers. They even opened a new ketchup bottle for her. The manager, bar tender , and the cook came to speak to us personally before preparing her meal. She ordered fruit, a cheeseburger (note their bacon is NOT GF), and fries. They do have a gluten free option bun here & lots of GF options. Her food was marked with small flags to note they were gluten-free, separate colored baskets, and a designated fryer. All of this created a great experience and settled my anxious Mama heart. There were allergy awareness ads all over the table tablets. If we are in the area again, we will definitely be back! Kuddos to Red Robin!

Good quality food.. staff very knowledgeable about allergies...was told there is a separate prep and cook area...no guarantee as always but better than most chain restaurants.

Don’t eat the gluten free pizza here. There was definite cross contamination. My daughters first night in Disneyland was ruined, due to them not being careful. We’ve had the burgers at Red Robin and have never had any issues. So disappointed with our first GF pizza experience there.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Server had no idea. Fries are dedicated fryer. The manager and host all knew so she was probably new.

Great experience using the red robin allergy site and Uber eats for delivery. Site was easy to use, navigate. No issues placing order. Waited a Norma amount of time for delivery. All items were clearly marked as “allergy” as noted when I placed order. No issues at all. Food was above average, the GF buns were better than most restaurants offerings

Stopped here for dinner and had my standard Bacon cheeseburger with fries. The waitress confirmed they have a dedicated fryer for the fries. Rapid service, great food, and no reactions.

I had a cheeseburger gf bun and fries. It was delicious however less than an hour later I was sick from it .... so not sure how good it actually was.
Yes
I had a cheeseburger. The top bun was very soft and fluffy; however, the bottom bun was a bit gritty and became soggy fairly quickly due to the juices from the patty.
Yes
Gluten free bun with my burger and coleslaw. This location doesn’t have a dedicated fryer so I opted for the coleslaw. Burger was good.
Plenty of GF items that could be modified. They even serve OMission Beer!
Takeout chicken sandwich with bacon and avocado on gluten free bun was delicious. Love the option to order online.
Red Robin is NOT GLUTEN-FREE!!!!!! I actually had to sit there and watch my family eat because the chef refused to make me the nachos (because I don't eat meat) I made it "difficult " for him!!!! I MADE IT DIFFICULT!!!!!! I will NEVER step ONE FOOT in there again!!!!
It was good. Best gluten free hamburger buns
Celiac friendly, with a clear understanding of cross-contamination. They obviously do training, as even the hostess fully answered my questions when I called before visiting. I selected my meal from an up-to-date selection on a tablet brought by the server.
Yes
Celiac friendly, GF menu with many choices. Recommended.

Yes
asked for gluten free options. lots of choices. good food
They do have a dedicated GF menu. My food was fantastic. My waitress Angela knew what was the best things for me to order.
The website had a perfect selection of options to choose from of you have any allergy. It lets you check off wheat, gluten, soy, etc. The staff were very informed and made sure to keep my food separate due to Celiac. I was still able to have an easy, enjoyable experience and a wonderful meal!

The waiter we had was great understood the food allergy and made me feel comfortable about eating there. All my food came out on yellow dishes and they got me ranch from the back to make sure it wasn't contaminated. A++

One of the best quality Gluten Free chain restaurants from my experience! Great gluten free burgers and I've only gotten sick once out of the many times I've been there.

Have eaten there twice in last three weeks and been satisfied with their handling of our Celiac health issues. Price point is a bit high for the quantity of food, you need to make sure you get the extra fries. Also need to make sure you ask for the fries to be prepared in the GF fryer. Most sandwiches and sides have GF option. Online menu for GF options is great.
