I order online and customize my order based off their online allergen menu. The allergen menu says fries are not safe so I always get the parmesan garlic broccoli instead. However it seems like this location might be okay based on the other reviews, but I’ve never asked.

Celiac. Red Robin has become one of our go to’s and this Red Robin is always great. The staff totally get it and mark it down as an allergy and celiac.

I informed the server I had a gluten allergy and she put it right into the order so that my fries were made in the designated fryer and they would avoid cross contamination with my order in the kitchen. They made it super easy.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
I’ve eaten here, both as dining in and take out. I was shocked at how Red Robin’s has responded to the food allergy community! If you tell them you have a food allergy and your not sure what is ok on the menu, they bring you an iPad, where you can select which foods your can’t have (gluten, wheat, and dairy for me) and the menu pops up with all the foods you CAN have! There are sooooo many items on the menu, it was a bit overwhelming to be honest (in a good way of course). When I told the server, “I have Celiac Disease” she immediately knew what I was talking about and showed me she was marking my order, and explained how they have a specific set of cookware in the back for my food. And a gluten free fryer!! When my food came out, the server had a glove on one hand, that was touching my plate, and an ungloved hand on my husbands.
My take-out experience was great! When I ordered through their website, there were several places I could add an allergy note, and a section where I could indicate Celiac Disease. The to-go specialist came out, read me my order and explained the special precautions they took to keep me safe.
If you’re on the fence - don’t be! This specific location does a fabulous job, and it’s a big enough menu, your family is sure to find an option for themselves as well!!

My husband has celiac and I have an autoimmune diseases requiring me to be gf. Red Robin is a favorite of ours. Almost every server has been well educated and took our gf requirements seriously and we have appreciated it! Love that we can have their seasoning now that it's gf!
I'm on the fence with this place. For a while, my son and I had been eating their food, and I felt my needs were met. Tonight we ordered take-out, got home, and opened my burger to see seasoning all over my fries. That was deflating. I called to complain and was told the seasoning is GF now. I think I was given a load of BS because I'm not doing well and I'm sure this will last through the weekend. I honestly think the seasoning is awful, so having to eat nasty fries and unsure if they were even safe is just wrong.
this restaurant does not take gluten allergies seriously. do not recommend.
No
Yay that they added GF buns and they have GF seasoning salt - and I am excited that they changed their ranch dressing so it doesn't contain gluten now! I hope they add a few more options, but otherwise I do love their food.
I didn't get sick! Good was good, server was nice.
Yes

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
