Easier ordering with allergies. Have GF Items

They have an iPad that you can put your allergies into and it will give a list of what you can eat. Server was really great making sure my food was safe. They have gluten free buns, bottomless fries are not cooked with any gluten, food was great, servers were great. I got an impossible burger and bottomless fries. It’s been 9 hours and I haven’t gotten sick. I’d definitely go back.

Waitress was knowledgeable about practices relating to cross-contamination. She did ask whether this was for an allergy (celiac) or a preference because they will go the extra steps for celiac customers (changing loves, dedicated fryer, etc). The gluten free bun is available on any of the burgers- I thought it was good! Shakes are gluten free, and fries as long as you are stating to have it so.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
Everything runs the risk of cross contamination, not safe.

The staff is very familiar with celiac and the need for gluten free food and avoiding cross contamination. I had a great burger with the gluten free bun and lots of gluten free fries.

While I was ordering my appetizer I made it very clear that I wanted the gf sweet potato fries to the server. When they came out, I started eating them trusting my server listened to me. Instead I come to fine mozzarella sticks mixed into them. Trying to explain this to the server that I'm now going to get sick over this, she told me that she didn't know they couldn't touch/about cross contamination.
This is not my first experience with contamination here. Ordering a salad that you can have the blue cheese and crouton removed then having it served not once but twice with the contaminates on followed by them scraping it off like it's not a big deal had me speaking to the manger quite often.
Why offer a specialized menu that you pride yourself in having without training your staff on what certain things contain??? I was very fortunate that my symptoms won't come straight away. I cannot image if someone had such a severe allergy that they would need an epi-pen than having your server use the excuse "I didn't know".
Will not be visiting again anytime soon.

Would rate 0. They have separate fryers and brought me out the wrong fries. Got sick. The waiters were really bad as well. Didn't get noticed once and had multiple waiters, not the same one! Terrible and wouldn't recommend it! Trash.

Wait staff was knowledgeable and helpful. fThe fries were cooked separately to acomodate my celiac disease. Bun was fresh. Great service.

won't make sweet potato fries GF why? they make their Potato fries GF what's the problem? I asked they have no reason just won't
Good food and they do have a good gluten free menu but it is online only. Not really a problem because they have an ipad avaliable, but why not just include the gluten free menu with the regular menu? Red Robin needs to celebrate the fact that there are gluten free options, it is just a major bonus for their restaurant. Also, on a side note, server said they use a dedicated fryer for the fries.
Staff very knowledgable about allergy info. Gluten free buns are provided but not listed on website so I would say not all locations carry them. French fries at this location are cooked in a dedicated fryer. Overall very friendly and had no problems.

Very knowledgeable staff. Dedicated fryer. Finally updated allergy menu but it's online. They provide ipad with menu but it makes looking through menu tedious. I did like that they offer more choices with substitutions listed. Online menu does not list fries as GF but server assured us they were and cooked in a dedicated fryer. Online menu also doesn't mention gf buns but they are carried.

This location was VERY gluten free friendly!! The waitress was very aware of the allergy and had a lot of suggestions! They made sure to use a dedicated fryer for the fries and notify the kitchen to change their gloves. The gluten free bun was delicious! It was a nice break from a lettuce wrap burger ;) definitely recommend this location!

I went with my family last night and they took us being gluten-free seriously. (I do it mostly for my dad who cannot eat gluten or he will get sick.)
They serve gluten-free buns and lettuce wraps, in addition to other gluten free items.
None of us feel sick or bad from it, which is great! I'm sure we'll be eating there again. Although, we don't typically eat out unless it's for a party (which it was).

Absolutely amazing! I have been coming quite often. I just let my waitress know about my gluten allergy, and I have never had any problems. I usually get french fries (they have a separate gluten free fryer) and a chicken Caesar salad. Thank you Red Robin staff :)
