I ordered a gluten free bun and let them know I have a very severe gluten allergy and an celiac, went to bed with itchy elbows and diarrhea. While they use a dedicated frier for fries, something else (the burger) was unsafe. Will not be there again
No
If you go on the website you can customize your own menu according to what allergy you have. It does state that cross contamination may occur. I have eaten at this location three times and have gotten sick every time. As a celiac I always check my options before going somewhere. No more for me. Food was delicious though.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
We made our first trip out to eat since my wife was diagnosed. The gf menu was on an iPad. As soon as the waitress saw the iPad she asked if we had an allergy and what it was. I said my wife is allergic to gluten. She explained that they offered a gf bun and that the fries were in a designated fryer and the food was prepared in a designated area. She made my wife feel a lot better because she was knowledgeable. She even asked her manager where they get their gf buns. Our experience was a really good one.
Yes
The waitress was very helpful when we mentioned our son needed a GF meal. She seemed to take great care in making sure our son's meal was made correctly and informed her manager as well. Since he's only 4, it will be tough to tell if he has a reaction, but this waitress took our requests seriously.
A regular for us. Great gf fries and burgers with gf buns.

I have had several good experiences here. They have a dedicated fryer for their fries and always take my order seriously. Make sure to mention you have a gluten allergy.

Had a gluten free bun cheeseburger and they have the option to make your steak fries gluten free, it was so good!! Will definitely eat there again.

They have really good gluten-free buns and they make everything in a separate area I've only had one issue where someone gave me fries that were cooked near gluten but i could easily tell because they dont put seasoning on their gf fries (but you can put some on yourself still) and they usually have purple sticks in the gf burger but they might have stopped doing that

Staff seems very confused about gluten free fries. Used to have to order them without ‘seasoning’, but last visit I was told that ALL of the fries are now gluten free, even with seasoning. The confusion seems limited to this location. Even the manager wasn’t all that reassuring. If you’re celiac, beware...
