I used to eat here all of the time. They always took care of my gluten allergy better than any other place. But I have been there twice now where they have put gluten containing ingredients in my order even after I have double checked that it’s gluten free. Once was in the restaurant and another time was ordering online through their website. If you are going to eat here make sure you double check your order before you take a bite.

The server was knowledgeable and assured me (without my asking) that he would inform the kitchen that I was celiac, and came back to tell me about ingredients that had a possibility of cc. Even with my refill of fries he reassured me that he would flag the food as celiac.
GF bun was good. Fries were great and bottomless. Had to hold the jalapeño relish on the burger due to possible cc, but everything else was the same as it would have been if it wasn’t GF.

Red Robin has gluten-free buns for their burgers. Many locations also have dedicated fryers for gluten free-fries. Please verify with your server.
This restaurant takes celiac very seriously and always informs of possible cross contamination and offers alternatives
Very good food and lots of it

Gluten free bun or lettuce wrap burgers are great for people with celiac - never been sick! Even dedicated fryer for fries.

Easy to use allergen menu. Fries in dedicated fryer.

Red Robin takes allergens seriously as a company, and this specific Red Robin has been very accommodating for me as someone with celiac disease. Both in person and ordering for pickup or delivery, and even through Uber eats and Door Dash, they always listen to my requests. There’s an allergen menu online that’s easy to use. Allergen items usually come out with a purple pick in them to demonstrate that proper protocols were used. When I make an online order, I call right afterwards and the nicest person named Bri usually answers - she writes down my requests and brings to them to the chef just to be double sure everything is safe for me, and they usually even put my order in a separate bag from gluten orders. They are celiac safe, and very kind to me. Highly recommend!

They have a gluten free bun which was good but this particular location is just dirty inside and did not cook our burgers the way we asked. They were all cooked well done. They also give the smallest portions of sides even though it is "bottomless." Just really unappetizing.

Staff seems to be knowledgeable about preparing gluten free food safely. Their fries are fried separate from breaded chicken and other glutenous foods in their own fryer. They have gluten free buns. They have staff change their gloves, etc.

I was surprised when someone recommended Red Robin as a celiac friendly restaurant, but decided to give it a try. Their staff seemed knowledgeable about their food safety precautions and had the manager oversee the process. Have eaten their several times without getting sick.
Still need to be careful about what surfaces you touch on the way in and out, and there are contamination risks, but overall have had a safe experience and a sense that the staff knew how to handle the food with care. Gluten free substitute options have been very good as well. Certainly nothing that takes way from the experience at all.
Only downside is ordering requires comparing the physical menu to the online allergen menu, though the allergen menu is at least interactive and has “swap out” options for ingredients that need to be replaced.
