Went here for a nice lunch; everything is labeled GF and other filters as well. Made my choices super easy. Each container has its on spoons/tongs and the staff was helpful.

Staff was so knowledgeable and so kind! They served me out of all new containers underneath the counter and would have any ingredient that wasn’t prepped underneath brought out from the back. A sigh of relief going somewhere like this knowing you won’t get sick.

I love to eat here, even though it is salad - Celiac standard safe food.

Great food and knowledgable staff! I have eaten here several times and have never gotten sick!

The staff was wonderful, very accommodating and needed no explanation other than, I have a gluten allergy. The food was delicious, I had a small salad which was plenty. There were lots of veggie options, toppings and dressings, all GF. The chicken and salmon were GF. Great place.

I arrived here to meet a friend for lunch right after the doctors appointment where she said I probably have celiac (not even knowing what it meant to eat out)...wow I picked the right place! Made me feel welcomed, put new gloves on and got toppings out of separate containers under the counter. Everything I wanted was available. Even the cashier was reminded to not touch my tray.
I eat here all the time and haven't got sick!
My wife was diagnosed with Celiac disease years ago and has multiple food allergies. We went to Salata for the first time, and as I was paying for the food, I saw tears welling up in her eyes.
She said she couldn't remember the last time she'd been treated so kindly at a restaurant. Fresh gloves, separate containers for ingredients, and a knowledgeable server made her feel safe, but it was the feeling of being welcome that made her day.
Her server, Dina, and the manager, Olga, were amazing, and as we left they said, "Next time you come back, just let us know, and we'll take good care of you." They should add compassion as a menu item, because it was there in abundance.

After telling them first my daughter had Celiac, they quickly changed their gloves and what ever she desired on her salad, they had a separate container. It was fantastic!! The food was delish!!!

Great knowledgeable staff!
When I said I was Celiac, the lady immediately changed her gloves and called another person out. She got all fresh items from under the bar that hadn't been touched yet. Followed me all the way down the line. Very safe and I had no ill effects!

Excellent salad bar! So many options and you can pile on as many as you want. I've eaten here several times and have never had an issue.

Dropped in right at lunch and informed them I was celiac. They used new gloves and picked goods from the original container versus the open bar. They were very respectful of my needs!

Staff was very careful with putting together my salad bowl. Changed gloves and kept the bowl all the way down the line vs passing it to the other staff.

Made to order delicious salads - you pick the ingredients.
Most ingredients are GF to begin with except the obvious ones, and there is an allergen info document on their corporate website. The only pitfall is that the last staff member in the assembly line puts huge croutons on the salads of those who ask for them, so if you're not on the ball he'll start handling your salad with gloves contaminated by prior customers' croutons. Be advised.

Ingredients are labeled if gluten free. The bread and croutons are in a separate area at the end of the line. All salads are mixed in their own bowls
