Horrendous!!! I ordered the mint chocolate, which supposedly gluten free and about 45 mins later, I am having major constipation with a massive amount of cold sweats. I was definitely suffering and at the same time my hands and feet were tingling and continued all night!!!!
Salt n Straw is not gluten friendly at all!!!! I warn you all!!!!
They were so kind! They let me know all Flavors that are gluten free. They changed scoop, gloves and went to back for new buckets to prevent cross contamination. They came back out a little later than the rest of our non-Gf order, due to precautions. The employees smiled and were very understanding and accommodating.
They have a lot of gluten free flavors, they were very friendly and helpful

Very accommodating. I was able to tell the servers I had celiac disease and they went to the back to new ice cream containers for samples and serving. There are also very good vegan options as well!
The long line moved quickly and we were easily accommodated. I told the server we were celiac and it was no problem for her to scoop ours from the back in a fresh container. I only had a bite but the salted caramel was amazing!
The bins at the front counter are not gluten free, but they pulled new pints for me to taste test, and they washed the blender before making my milkshake. very helpful in telling me what was gluten free and not, and very accomadating

Super yummy ice cream! Scan the QR code for their gf menu. They have a few good options
The ice cream was delicious. The scooper knew what was gluten free and what was not. None of the seasonal flavors were gluten free, but many on the regular rotation were.
They have a wide variety of gluten free flavors. You can easily find them listed on their webpage, along with dairy free options. I let them know that I had an allergy, so they cleaned off a section in the corner away from everything, changed their gloves, and scooped from a new container. I also asked them to get a container and spoon from the back, as the others are placed right by the cones.
Amazing flavours and well trained staff. Explain that you need an ‘allergen scoop’. They have a list of which flavours are gluten free. They will get a clean scoop from the back and use a new tub of ice cream.
The employee was super knowledgable and offered an “allergy scoop” since the ice cream in the front risked cross contamination. Love the precautions they took without me asking!
