I used to love coming to this location because you can easily mark your allergens when ordering. Without having to ask - these items would always be brought out on a separate tray to 1. Allow me to know my allergen was taken seriously, and 2. To let me know for sure which gf foods were mine. My first time coming here the workers let me know the gf burgers were made on a separate grill, the fries are in the same fryer. I was ok with this because at least I had burger options. Well, I went again last night and my burger was brought out on the same tray mixed with non-gf burgers. They were only covered with a tiny paper slip around it. Easily contaminated by the tray alone. I was scared to ask if this means the whole cooking process and making sure allergens are taken seriously was stopped. Anyways, I never got the typical glutened feel, however I feel nasty and not myself. Positive I was glutened by cross contaminated burgers. Due to their now careless precautions - I'm not interested in going back or glutening myself. The burgers were greasy and expensive as well. Not worth the price of being hurt.

I am a very sensitive celiac and felt instantly sick after the first bite of their gf burger (no sauce). The cross contamination must have been very high. No dedicated deep fryer for French fries either. I will not be back.

I love Shake Shack! I'm a fan of classic burgers, and the special sauce they put on their burgers is so yummy. the GF bun is sooo good (definitely make sure to get it toasted - it makes all the difference). The bun tastes like the real thing! I eat the fries too, but they do make you aware of cross contamination for the fries.
Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
Person taking order marked gluten allergy on each item ordered and also gave verbal direction to the kitchen. She said that staff would change their gloves. Food came out with gluten free stickers. GF buns are decent.
Avoid fries but chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry shakes ok.

The only place I’ve found in this airport that seems to have any allergy protocol. Washed hands and glove change for the order, lots of communication about the order. Just a plain hamburger with lettuce but not bad.

My son & I ate here. I’m gluten intolerant. I was pleasantly surprised —the gf bun & burger were delicious!
Update - very limited options. If ordering a burger, ask if onions are fried!!

Super good GF bun and they always ask if I have an allergy. Haven't had a reaction.
