Very nice hamburger with GF bun.
Absolutely filthy. The worker cleaning tables was just sort of wiping away stuff with his hand and not even wiping them. There are crumbs everywhere. Would not trust this location. No dedicated fryer for fries.

We wanted a simple lunch option on the Strip that was reasonably priced. Ordered GF burgers with double patty. They indicated that their fries were GF but we did not order it so can’t comment. Burger was fresh, greasy and tasty. Hubby who is celiac did not have any issues

Most Shake Shack locations offer gluten-free buns for burgers. A lettuce wrap is also an option.
Server was confident to answer any questions. I had the cheese burger with gluten free bun. Fries not gf. They put my order through as an allergy. My burger came out on a separate tray to my husbands order to avoid cc. Was yum and would definitely go back!

I saw on this app people said this place was safe. I was so excited! I got a hamburger with a gluten free bun. I have Celiac but I told her severe gluten allergy. 30 minutes after eating I was so sick. If you can't find a bathroom nearby their is one across the street in the food court. DO NOT GO HERE. I am still currently sick in another bathroom.

Had the bacon avocado burger and a chocolate shake. I’m a celiac. Did not get sick.

Amazing food. Bun available for $1, warmed really nicely. Didn’t eat the fries as the server wasn’t knowledgeable about cross contamination and didn’t know if it was a shared fryer. But the burger was excellent.

No safe fries. I’ve never had an issue with the burger with a gf bun.

Hiked and took shuttle to get a burger here and was told nothing gluten free. Wasn't going to risk contaminating myself so watched my hubby eat dinner and had nothing. Not happy with shake shack.

I did get a Gluten free bun and chose to opt out on the fries. Did ask if it’s an allergen or preference. Diagnosed with celiac and had no issues after eating there.

If I could give zero stars to this place, I would. I am such an easy going person and easy to please. I was excited when I read reviews on this app about how accommodating the staff and business was. My husband and I waited in line 30+ minutes and even saw that behind the counter the staff had a “directions” card on how to ensure that cross contamination does not occur. Meanwhile, I was singing their praises while waiting in line. Once we get up to the front, I let them know I have a gluten allergy so if I could do the dedicated fryer option and gluten free bun that would be wonderful. The lady at the register was unfriendly and said we have no gluten free options here. Everything is contaminated. I said, everything? You don’t have any options at all? Then she turned to another staff member to ask and she was equally as unhelpful. Both simply said no, and just stared at me. No help, advice, nothing. Soo disappointed by this. I look forward to giving good reviews on places when they accommodate gluten free because I know it’s a big deal and takes extra practices to ensure it is safe to eat. I am beyond appreciative of those and was truly looking forward to trying out a new place but evidently that was not an option :( won’t be trying this again or recommending to others.

Dedicated fryer, had a good burger with no cheese and no bun. Plate was marked allergy and the person that made my food delivered it to the table. They asked me if I had an allergy or a preference to not have gluten and dairy.

Love the burgers! 🥰 the bun is amazing 😉
Yes
My favorite place to get an amazing GF burger AND GF fries. Dedicated GF area. I was even able to get a shake without worrying about cross contamination.
Yes
If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. Employee seemed annoyed at our questioning of their allergy protocols and kept insisting everything was gluten-free. My daughter ordered a bunless hamburger, fries, and a pumpkin shake. Nima tested the burger and shake and both came back as containing gluten. Terrible experience for this celiac family.
No
Delicious food and custard, dedicated fryer. My celiac wife are safely here.
OK burger with a gluten free bun... waitress told me basically everything is cross contaminated though - fries, shakes, everything. Not worth visiting here if you want a meal. Left still hungry.
No
The food was fabulous and the staff was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend!
Staff was very knowledgeable. I know the website says different, but the woman helping me assured me they had a separate frier only for allergy fries, so I trusted her. I’m very sensitive to gluten, and I didn’t get sick!! Gf bun was fine, not great. But overall, everything together was good!

Only chain I've found that does gf buns! And the burgers were great. Probably not coeliac friendly cos of cross contamination. Staff also won't guarantee gluten free i.e. in milkshakes but I didn't get any reaction
No
Late night burger was delish!! Changed gloves and explained sauce has a “same facility as” so left it off. Can’t wait to go back.
Staff were super knowledgeable about GF buns and cross contamination.. seen them change gloves to pick the burger up and put it in a separate bag to non GF items. Burgers delish too!!
The staff was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure I was not cross contaminated. The burger was delicious and I did not get sick!! :)
GF buns available. Not celiac friendly. Shake Shack website has an allergen list for menu items. Company does not recommend ordering fries as fryer is shared with the shroom patty, which is battered and fried.
No
Great little restaurant.
When we said GF bun the server yelled into the back to ensure they understood it was “an allergy”. The kitchen folks yelled back and confirmed.
Burger tasted good.
Fries are not GF as fryer is shared with chicken burgers.

Prima en smaakvolle hamburgers! Smaakte daadwerkelijk naar echt vlees en het gv broodje was prima. Veel meer waar voor je geld dan de gele M. Wel wat vet helaas maar erg smaakvol en grote porties.

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.
