Shane's has always been a good option and chain to go to when we are traveling.
My salad was good and came out GF and I had no issues.
But wish I could give this Shane's a 3.5 stars for its service and cleanliness. Service was terrible - I think only one staff member cared about her place of employment (she was cleaning, picking up and talking to customers), the rest were just useless in my mind. Just stood there and acted as if you were bothering them to give your order.
This was by far the dirtiest Shane's I have ever been too. Corporate you need to come check this branch out.
I will avoid this one in the future and only return as a last resort.

I would have rather given them a 1.5 star rating but I couldn't. I went with my family (I'm the gluten free one) and I got the half rack baby back ribs with green beans. The ribs were good, but the green beans were gross. They were cold and sitting in a puddle of green bean juice (eww). The girl behind the counter was dressed inappropriately (see throughish leggings), and her small Daughter was running around the restaurant. The girl had headphones in and did not greet us when we walked up to the counter, I don't think I'll be back anytime soon

Generally, the service is very good. It is however a low-tier family family-oriented restaurant (reasonable prices, good portions, above fast-food, but not mid or fine dining) as such it experiences turnover in staff.
Training is in place, but I have found slipups, like part of a french fry buried in a pork plate. Be certain to remind the front of house that it needs to be gluten-free and ask them if they know what that means.

This place understands cross contamination and they have a gf menu. When you order ask them to clean the grill and let them know you are ordering from the gluten sensitive menu.
This is a franchise so the protocol should be the same across restaurants.

Was given a gluten-free menu. Ordered making sure both people understood. Sat down was brought out Texas toast on my ribs. Then was told they would remove the bread. Not safe at all!
