My daughter gets the baby back ribs with baked beans. She loves their food. She’s not celiac, but she has not ever gotten sick after eating here.

Staff isn't knowledgeable regarding dietary requirements. Food is mishandled and I get sick every time.

Excellent! We came in for lunch. For $20 we shared a rack of ribs and got two sides. My non-gf husband thought they were great, too. We will come again and try something else.
Owner has separate gluten free area and takes special care to ensure that those who claim to have Celiac disease or a gluten allergy are not exposed

Generally, the service is very good. It is however a low-tier family family-oriented restaurant (reasonable prices, good portions, above fast-food, but not mid or fine dining) as such it experiences turnover in staff.
Training is in place, but I have found slipups, like part of a french fry buried in a pork plate. Be certain to remind the front of house that it needs to be gluten-free and ask them if they know what that means.

This place understands cross contamination and they have a gf menu. When you order ask them to clean the grill and let them know you are ordering from the gluten sensitive menu.
This is a franchise so the protocol should be the same across restaurants.

Was given a gluten-free menu. Ordered making sure both people understood. Sat down was brought out Texas toast on my ribs. Then was told they would remove the bread. Not safe at all!
