It was fine. The staff didn't know what gluten was. That was frustrating. So I just got a pulled pork salad. It was fine. Not mind blowing, but I didn't expect it to be. It'll do for a lunch.

Gluten free daughter had pulled pork & bake beans, delicious and plentiful for sure!!! The staff was nice and helpful.
Meh. I asked for the GF menu. Ordered off the GF menu and even said 'gluten free' as I ordered... Still came with Texas Toast on both mine and my hubby's order. I sent mine back. Hubby is GF because it is a smart thing to be... I'm GF because I get SICK. Waitress was nice and apologized. (We ordered at a counter so it's not like the waitress screwed up, it was the either the person entering the order or the one making it up.) Both our side salads came without the croutons (yay!) but hubby had a chicken tender chunk buried in the lettuce. Food was fine, but not impressed with the care taken in entering our orders.

very nice Employees but if you are very sensitive think twice.
So good!
Excellent pork & chicken BBQ. Baked beans and fried okra were good sides. Service was fast and the food was served hot. We were thankful to see a gluten free menu. It was well worth the drive from I-75.
Awesome

The bbq was really good, I wasn’t a fan of the Cole slaw but I can be a Cole slaw snob. All of the workers took care with my gluten sensitive mea to keep it separate and to limits as much cross contamination as possible. The server even brought mine out separate from my husband’s.

Generally, the service is very good. It is however a low-tier family family-oriented restaurant (reasonable prices, good portions, above fast-food, but not mid or fine dining) as such it experiences turnover in staff.
Training is in place, but I have found slipups, like part of a french fry buried in a pork plate. Be certain to remind the front of house that it needs to be gluten-free and ask them if they know what that means.

This place understands cross contamination and they have a gf menu. When you order ask them to clean the grill and let them know you are ordering from the gluten sensitive menu.
This is a franchise so the protocol should be the same across restaurants.

Was given a gluten-free menu. Ordered making sure both people understood. Sat down was brought out Texas toast on my ribs. Then was told they would remove the bread. Not safe at all!
