I ordered the Signature Pancake Flight and it was wonderful. You can choose the 3 flavors you prefer and it was plenty of food. All but 2 menu items can be made GF. Neat place as well, enjoyed outside sitting. Definitely give this a try. A little pricey but food was great.

LOVED THIS PLACE! Everything except 2 things on menu can be made GF. Pancakes were DELICIOUS. I had a classic breakfast with a tasty sausage patty, eggs, hashbrown patty and got a strawberry shortcake pancake instead of toast. I’ll be dreaming about this meal for a while! So good. Didn’t get sick. Felt very safe.

We were assured the kitchen was excellent about food allergies. But they can’t make any of their GF pancakes dairy free. And their DF pancakes cannot be made GF. So we had the same thing here we would get other places - eggs, potatoes, meat. It took an hour and 15 min to get our food. Then my daughter’s meal came out covered in cheese and had to be remade. The server was great, but the kitchen was evidently not. I will not return here and don’t recommend it if you have more than one allergy (and two hours for breakfast).

Staff was super knowledgeable and able to ensure cross contamination didn't occur for my meal when they found out I had Celiac. Got the Pancake Flight Customized (blueberry danish, sweet potato, and strawberry shortcake) all were delicious and there are only two things on the menu they can not make glutne free. My partner also got his meal gluten free and we were able to share. I had no symptoms afterwards :)

Server explained that all gluten-free items are prepared in a separate space. They can convert almost any menu item to gluten-free. I had French toast and Eggs Benedict with no reaction. Everything was absolutely delicious.

Server asked about dietary restrictions, then followed up asking if it was celiacs which is always a good sign. Everything but two items on the menu was able to be made GF. Great stuff.

First question upon sitting was “are there any dietary restrictions the kitchen needs to know about?” Good start. Waiter made recommendations….we went with cinnamon roll pancakes (not on the menu) and pork belly Benny. Yummy. Most things can be made GF

Brand new restaurant and we were there for the pre- grand opening. Excellent service. Knowledgeable servers in regards to allergy precautions. Ordered the GF Strawberry Shortcake pancakes (excellent) with maple peppered bacon (excellent) and egg. Also ordered the seasonal Monte Cristo Brioche Toast (sub gf bread). All Excellent. Did not get sick. The grill/ cooking space is cleaned for allergy orders and takes extra time, but worth the allergy precautions taken. Will be back. Will also try the locations in Arizona. Excellent food and service. No gf menu, but the servers were knowledgeable and the majority of the menu can be made gf.

This place is so good and offers so many GF options. Our party had a pancake, omelet, ham Benedict, toast, hashbrowns… all GF. The food comes out with a little stick in it that says gluten free. They seemed very knowledgeable. There is always a long wait, so get online and jump on the waitlist.

I’ve been here several times now and have dined at Snooze in Colorado and throughout Texas. I second guess pancakes here all the time so I don’t get them, unfortunately. There seems to be a lack of consistency in knowledge about gluten here. I’ve seen them either “forget the stick” or have to take something back. The service is either amazing or not great. Drinks are inconsistent as well. Coffee is always great!
