I called ahead and asked about their GF options. I was assured on the phone to let the person at the front know I was eating GF. They switch gloves ,brought out a new cutting board, knife and a fresh brisket. It was awesome! I am prett sensitive and did not get sick!

The staff will bring a new piece of meat on a new cutting board and change gloves if requested. The barbecue sauce is not gluten free as it contains soy sauce.
Love Spring Creek BBQ. Wife is Celiac and they always know what to do. Clean cutting board, clean knife, change gloves and new brisket. Sauce is also gluten free. Never a reaction and we eat here quite often.
The bbq is prepped in its own area, so there is low risk of CC. I had the brisket and the sausage with the bbq sauce and did not experience any kind of reaction. I did not try any of the sides because I was unsure about CC.
I just asked about wheat in the seasoning on the babyback ribs. He said there was none went to the back got a separate cutting board and knife. Washed his hands and put on clean gloves and protector. I had a wonderful dinner.
