Starbird Chicken

This is a ghost kitchen and I've gotten starbird several times but get sick usually. Does not feel safe for gluten free like the other starbird locations.

How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Poor

BEST GLUTEN FREE FRIED CHICKEN EVER! I frequent this location because the quality of the food is so amazing. The chicken is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside. I always get the chicken strips and fries. (skip the slaw, it’s gf just gross haha) Their sauces are also all gluten free - the star sauce and ranch are my favorites! I never get sick and that’s a miracle considering how tasty this chicken is. Ooh and try the prickly pear limeade! Add this to your list of places to try, you certainly won’t regret it!

Everything is gluten free and tastes just same as regular breaded nuggets! Came here with my mom, who is not gluten free, and she said she enjoyed the food as well.

— Excellent

Super crispy on the outside and very moist on the inside. All the employees were so friendly and helpful. The chicken is in its own fryer. Fries are not celiac safe as they are fried in the same one as their churros. The slaw is yummy and has a little sweetness to it. As long as I stay feeling good, I would definitely come back again.

Finally a new location closer to mid city. This place is amazing. Best Gluten free fried chicken I’ve ever had. Never gotten sick at hermosa location.

GF fried chicken and fried chicken salads along with fries and sandos (lettuce wrap). I haven’t been to ask about shared frier at this location but am curious. Just wanted to get this newly opened spot on the list. Maybe others can inform more. Hopeful to try.
