So despite be confusing reviews, I decided to give this place a shot. They were incredibly friendly, and professional, and were kind enough to answer any questions I asked.
They're chicken, is gluten free, and is fried for me dedicated fryer. Some of their sauces, or not though. Also... Typically their french fries or fried in the same fryer as their churros, so they are not safe, but on request, they will fry the fries in the same fryer as the chicken, so they are GF. This only happens on request.
As for the quality of the food... Dayum. I went for the Nashville hot. It's definitely got some spice, but not face melting. The crunch is phenomenal. The taste is fantastic. The appropriately fried french fries are fresh cut, skin on, and delicious. The slaw is decent. Not the best, but definitely not the worst.
The part that got me the most, was the locations willingness to answer any questions, and to work with me, to ensure that I had a meal that was safe, tasty, and at a decent price. They hit the mark on all three.
They lose one point, because their menus or not clear. (They have the fries listed as GF, but make no mention that you have to request them that way).
But if you know these things ... And you want some really tasty GF fried chicken. Totally worth giving this place a shot.
