Ordered the warm goat cheese salad from the Gluten Sensitive menu. It arrived with the warm goat cheese rolled in gluten. Not sure why this is offered on the Gluten Sensitive menu?

Excellent food, great and knowledgeable wait staff, even Gf fries! Just hoping for a gluten free bun soon, but they have lots of other options and yummy dessert! Editing this to add that the last 2 times we have gone, there has been a crouton found in the bottom of what was supposed to be a GF salad. Their food is delicious, but when they are busy, they make mistakes and aren’t reliable.

Didn’t expect much so I wouldn’t be disappointed. My only disappoint is that I’ve been in the area 3 weeks and I haven’t been here before. Wife had salmon filet (NGF), friend had “sweet water chicken salad and I had a 16 oz. Prime rib, off the gluten free menu. No disappointment is an understatement,this is a meal that rivals the best I’ve ever had. Pleasant atmosphere, a little noisy, I suffer from headaches but the food is worth it. Josh was our waiter and he was respectful, clean cut and knowledgeable, that’s important to me.

Their Young Roasted Chicken is my favorite. When I started getting symptoms. I was glad to find out it's part of the gluten free items.

No measures to prevent cross contamination. I ordered a GF bun burger and mashed potatoes. I was told their fries are made in the same oil as the foods they fry. They brought me out a burger with fries (I did not order fries) So i asked for a new meal because the fries were covering the burger. The manager came out and said that that’s not cross contamination and argued that using the exact same oil for fried foods will not cause a gluten reaction. WHEN I DIDNT EVEN ORDER FRIES IN THE FIRST PLACE Additionally my friend had a nut allergy and had a reaction because they put nuts on her food. When she said she had a nut allergy.

Love their gluten free burger with bun and fries. Eaten here many times and have never gotten sick. Plus it’s delicious!

Gluten free menu available. Staff are extremely accommodating. The manager was happy come speak with me about specific allergy considerations. The manager also consulted with the chef to ensure gluten safety. I would highly recommend.

The staff is amazing-we have been here twice in our stay and not only was the food great-dedicated fryer for fries-yay-try the sweet potato, the service is knowledgeable and if they question-they check and follow right up. Great place!

Sweetwater has a great GF menu with plenty of choices. When I mentioned I have Celiac, a manager came to speak with me and offered to walk me through the menu and preparation process/methods if I had any questions. He also said it’s their policy for a manager to speak to those with Celiac or food allergies and for them to confirm with the kitchen staff to ensure the food is prepared accordingly. The waiter and manager were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make it a great dining experience. I’m excited to add Sweetwater to the safe eating list!

Very helpful waitress that gave me lots of options on my favorite dish, ordered a chicken and substituted noodles for potatoes. She also reminded me that the chicken was breaded and offered it grilled instead. It was excellent and I was really happy with our service. Always been one of my favorite places and now I know I can eat my favorite dishes there still.

It was great! They even checked the aussie rolls for cross contamination with tree nuts/peanuts

I would not recommend to celiacs. For everyone else, the food is really yummy and their “gluten sensitive” menu has quite a lot of choices.

For celiacs, I got glutened. I informed them I had a “gluten allergy” and had a burger from the gluten sensitive menu with a gluten free bun. The gluten sensitive menu also had fries but I opted out because I take extra caution when it comes to fried foods. I started having exposure symptoms shortly after. I don’t know how I could have gotten glutened besides cross contamination.

Make sure you ask for their gluten-sensitive menu so that the server will ensure you get the correct modifications made. The manager will also come to your table to check on you and explain that there can still be cross contamination.

Love the flavor of basically any dish on the GS menu but my faves are the salads, ribs, or coven with gf pasta.

I have had nothing but unfortunate experiences at this Sweetwater. Ordered a salad, explained I have celiac, it came with croutons. That happened several times and I just quit going for a couple years. Tried again last night. The manager came to say the fries were not safe (this is new to this location, it seems bc they used to be safe). So I opted not to get the fries. Got glutened anyway. I won’t eat there again.

They do have a gluten-sensitive menu, though you still need to ask about everything to ensure there’s no cross contamination. The server did a great job flagging our table so the manager would come and talk through our options. They were happy to swap food options out for our celiac kiddo to make sure they enjoyed their meal.
