Food was super good and the server was knowledgeable about gluten free foods. They also have a gluten free menu which was awesome! I was able to eat the French fries because they are fried in a separate frier from everything else that is fried. I will say the bun did fall apart, as expected from a gluten free bun, but it did not take away from my experience! Yum!

Outstanding. We sat at the bar (bartenders seem to be the most knowledgeable about allergies/celiac) and had Michael as our bartender. He was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer all of my questions. He even checked on my burger as soon as it came out and confirmed I had a GF bun.

I got an Avalon bison burger with GF bun and celiac safe fries! What a treat. The burger was excellent, service was excellent, and they take allergies seriously. Gold star for Ted’s. We will be back.

I have Celiac's and have never become sick from eating here. All of their food is great. Love their burgers... The combinations are so interesting and good! Plus I can eat the fries since their oil is just for the fries and nothing else. I already come her on every work trip to Jacksonville.

Went with a party of 5 with 2 gluten-sensitive kids for lunch and another 2 with severe allergies and had such a great experience, long story short we went back for dinner. Both times the waitstaff were very knowledgeable and even volunteered what was GF and what was not. GF buns reported tasty and no one got sick after either meal. We had burgers and very fresh salmon which were excellent. Kids menu includes options like cedar plank salmon, grilled chicken and sirloin. Sliders are the burger option on the kids menu and when my son ordered a gf bun, the server said she’d request the smaller sliders be switched to one larger patty to fit the gf bun. Fries and chips are GF (but not dip that accompanies chips). So accommodating. Quality and service were excellent.

My food and waiter was absolutely amazing. They accidentally flipped my friend and my sides and so they immediately remade my burger and apologized, but the food was worth the wait. The fries and chips were both amazing as well.

I went there for dinner the other night and explain to the waitress that I'm gluten-free did I need to explain to you that I have celiac no I don't think so I was guaranteed a gluten-free meal

Too bad my food came out with biscuits on top of it the waitress apologize profusely and stated they would remake my entire meal I said please make sure they remake my entire meal and don't just replate it. Well 10 minutes later the snotty manager comes out to ask me if I really needed gluten-free for a reason or if I'm gluten-free just because I'm sorry is my personal health and my personal business your business? Why no it's not. So they already wasted 10 minutes deciding whether to re-cook or replate my meal 20 minutes later my meal finally comes out so after everyone in my family has eaten I finally got mine the waitress was very kind but the manager never came back to check on me to see if my food was right or to do anything of any kind. Needless to say that will be our very last visit to Chad celiac gluten UN friendly restaurants

Very good food, I had the grill shrimp for starters and the Grill Salmon as my main dish. Both were awesome! This was my first time eating here and I will return. 4 stars because we had to wait a while for our food.

The waiter was very knowledgeable about cross contact and even stopped by after I had started eating to make sure everything was okay and I wasn't having any issues. Before I could even ask, she offered to have them cook my meal in a clean pan or on foil.

I can't say for sure that it was 100% safe since I'm fairly asymptomatic celiac but I felt very comfortable eating there and had a high confidence that my food was safe.

I ordered a salad without the croutons and added grilled chicken. I haven't had a reaction. The waiter seemed knowledgeable about allergies and said that my food would be handled carefully. It did take a long time to get our food, but the salad was good.

I am gluten free and dairy free. I was able to get the bison burger on the gf bun which is also DF. We got the homemade chips for an appetizer and the fries with my meal, both made in dedicated fryer.

we visited this restaurant based on its good reviews and it’s gluten-free menu.

When we got there, we ordered from the gluten-free menu the bison nachos and two burgers. We ate the nachos, and then when the burgers came out, we realized they were not on gluten-free buns. we immediately sent them back to the kitchen and decided to go elsewhere in order to stay safe, because we did not feel like the restaurant took the gluten safety seriously.

Unfortunately, after leaving the restaurant about 30 minutes later, I started to feel glutened, I believe this was the nachos not being modified to be gluten-free, similar to the burgers. While the staff was nice enough to comp the nachos and drinks, I would not recommend.
