This use to be one of my go-tos, but every time I go here the service progressively gets worse and worse. This past time we waited for over 15mins before we were even greeted by our waiter. The table next to us was left un-bussed the entire duration of our dinner. Items were left off of my husband’s meal. The gluten free bun they gave me was stale and the broccoli lukewarm and under cooked. Look, I know the service industry is tough(especially nowadays), but this place is in desperate need of new management. I like that they have a gluten free menu, but I just don’t see this place making it much longer.
This little place is fantastic! I have a lot of allergies (gluten, egg, nut, tomato) and they were willing to work around all of them. It was so nice to be able to enjoy a bison burger and not worry about getting sick. I definitely recommend the bacon and cheese bison burger (I added avocado to mine) and chose to do it without a bun. Will definitely be going back anytime we are in Nashville!
Great experience, after reading other reviews, I felt pretty good about eating here. After I ordered I saw the chef putting buns in a toasting oven without any type of a barrier. I asked the server about cross contamination and she assured me they take it very seriously. A few minutes later the chef came out and said she likes to touch base with customers ordering gluten free to assure them the food prep is a high priority. She reiterated the fryer is dedicated GF. My food was delicious and I feel great. I would absolutely visit again.
A+ Cealiac friendly, dedicated fried for chips and fries.... but the Steaks are Amazing! They have a real GF menu, nothing on the menu is cross contaminated like sometimes I see on other GF menus that are fried in combined fries. Anyhoo. Highly recommend. We had a great meal and awesome server.
Delicious burger, yummy fries... very helpful for allergies, separate menu. Ate outside!
Separate GF menu with tons of options. Dedicated fryer for the fries. From what the server described the kitchen is very careful about everything. She also said she has a customer who comes in weekly with a gluten detecting device and his meal always passes. GF bun was great too. Overall really really enjoyed this place and would come back!
Slight eye roll from server as we sat at a table that wasn’t cleaned yet (no host/hostess for seating, waited about five minutes at the end of lunch rush and sat at bar, asked bartender we could sit at table). Redeemed by great gluten feee options and no cross contamination! Great meal, excellent service and GREAT attention to detail.
The waitress was very knowledgeable about gluten allergy. My son is anaphylactic allergic to wheat and his burger patty was cooked on top of foil and the restaurant has a dedicated gluten free fryer for French fries. All of our meals were excellent!
Best chicken ever! They are so accommodating of gluten allergies! Ask for Brad as your server!
Love this place!!!! Kathy the waitress was awesome! Took excellent care of us. The head chief (Lindsey) LJ even came out and we had a long talk. Her roommate also has celiac so she already knew all about it. I would recommend going here for for sure!!
The food was so good. Love the French fries!!
Great gluten free options. The burgers are amazing! separate fryers for the fries and housemade chips. Lots of options.
What a great meal! They have a GF menu and as others have said they take Celiac seriously. I had a delicious bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions on a GF bun that didn't fall apart. Couldn't eat it all, so I had the rest for dinner. Fries from a dedicated fryer. Our server was incredibly pleasant. Just a very positive experience all around.
Their gluten free menu is so plentiful, and everything was delicious! I didn't feel deprived or left out whatsoever. Very satisfied!
It shows $$ but these are some pricey burgers. That said, they offer bison, etc, so call it upscale burgers. They do have a GF bun ($1 up charge, on a $14 burger?), but didn't have GF bun for the sliders :-(.
Loved this place with a dedicated gf menu. Bison chili is great, a little spicy but really good. Kale salad was also a win. My husband had a bison burger and loved it. Plus dedicated fryer for gf fries. Either the Chef or owner is celiac and very aware so staff is as well. Highly recommended.
I have celiac & I ordered off their GF menu and I had a beef hamburger without a bun (however they do have GF buns) that came with lettuce, tomatoes, onion, pickles & mustard. I also ordered their side salad with ranch dressing & said no croutons. It was a nice size for a side salad. My meal was absolutely delicious & one of the best burgers & side salads I've ever had! My mom is not GF so off the regular menu she ordered the bison meatloaf, mashed potatoes & gravy and the carrots that had butter & parsley on them and she said her meal was fantastic! The restaurant had a really cool atmosphere & the staff were all wonderful & Jamee our server was great & very helpful! We were very pleased & already talking about going back again next time we are in the area. I felt great afterwards with no issues at all.
**Wanted to add that they said they do have a gluten free fryer for fries. I asked what oil they are cooked in & was told soybean oil.
I have been to Ted’s Montana Grill several times in the past, but not to this location. I have always enjoyed the food and felt safe there as a celiac who eats strictly gluten-free. I had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries, which were wonderful. I was also very excited to be able to have a vanilla milkshake. Everything was delicious and I had no reaction. I felt safe eating here with the precautions that they take.
