The staff was very friendly and our waiter was very nice; however, this restaurant has more to learn about gluten-free dining. My daughter, who has celiac disease, ordered a hamburger and fries. She vomited profusely within 2 hours of leaving the restaurant. She continued to vomit and have diarrhea for 14 hours after eating here. I called the manager when we got home from our trip to Orlando. He was very understanding and he promised to re-educate his staff. I explained several of the dire consequences of gluten ingestion and informed him that my daughter's intestines will be damaged for months. So, if you have celiac disease, beware. Be sure to ask a lot of questions and explain everything that must be done to keep yourself safe. Also, be sure to ask about the fries. Another reviewer stated the fries were safe. I'm not so sure about that.
No
The good news - only fries are cooked in their fryer, and they are delicious. The bad news - our server was not well informed about celiac disease, struggled to answer my questions, and I had to return my salad because it had croutons on it.
the server (marcus?) was extremely knowledgeable of items containing gluten and substitutes available. Best gluten-feee hamburger bun i've ever had. Service was phenomenal

I noticed they had added a gluten free menu. I tried the ribs, with slaw and potatoes, overall very good (except potatoes). The bartender/server was friendly and informed the kitchen staff about the gluten free request. I had no issues with the food. I only deduct one star as it seems they use boxed potatoes. Oh, they are open and serving food late, around 11:30PM which was great, as I had very few GF options at that time.
Yes
Gluten sensitive menu. Absolutely nothing safe for celiacs. Hostess said cross contamination exists everywhere and recommended I not dine there.

I ordered a Cesar Salad without croutons and our waiter was very helpful and was quick even with all the other people. Very good place and nice waiters!

No Gluten free menu as stated in the listing. Nothing marked as Gluten Free. Only "Gluten Sensitive". Staff were dismissive of my allergy. Very disappointed in this app.

I did the TGI Fridays To Go location at DFW gate B9. They have GF items marked on menu and were helpful. The fries are NOT in a dedicated fryer. I got the cheeseburger with an Udi's bun (no upcharge-nice), and they let me sub a bag of Lay's chips for the fries.

The bartender waited on us and was knowledgeable. They had GF rolls and the hamburger was GF. In addition they carry Omission IPA gluten reduced beer.
