I feel safe eating here. They changed their gloves and had no issue using ice cream that was uncross contaminated. The gluten free cookies were kept separate from the regular cookies. I didn’t ask how separate they were cooked. The vegan option wasn’t marked gluten free on the board but it was on the website so I went with that since it is a chain. The price was reasonable for 2 cookies and ice cream.
My ice cream cookie sandwich was delicious! And they handled safety very seriously once I told them I had an allergy.

I was so excited when we walked in to see I could get an ice cream sandwich gf. However we went a little later in the day and they were all out. It looked so good and the ice cream flavors were marked clearly. Maybe call before you go to make sure they still have gf cookies
Limited gf cookie choices but what they have is still delicious and I’m grateful
They have GF/ Vegan cookies for their I cream sandwiches and had a soy milk ice cream. It was nice to have a GF, dairy free option. They were attentive to each customer but they are strictly enforcing a limit of 6 people in at a time.
This is a ice cream cookie sandwich shop! They have a GF cookie that is AMAZING. When I told the staff that I was Celiac, she immediately changed her gloves and offered to scoop my ice cream out of a fresh container to avoid cross contamination. It was so nice to interact with restaurant staff that went above and beyond to keep me safe! I had such a great experience and was thrilled to be able to eat what my friends were having!
This is a cookie ice cream sandwich place, but I was surprised to see it has gluten free chocolate chip cookies! Upon request they were happy to get my ice cream from the back instead of from the line, and using a freshly washed scoop, to avoid cross contamination. The cookies were incredible, so good I'd suspect they weren't really gluten free except that I felt fine the next day! They have a press thing which optionally heats up the cookies quickly for the sandwiches, I didn't risk it but they do seem to use wax paper to keep the cookies from touching that directly do that might even be fine.

Yummy !!! They had one flavor of icecream that was df/gf.They had two flavors of df/gf cookies. They are kept in the back to avoid cross-contamination. I chose one of each cookie and the df/gf ice cream! It was so yummy and fun to finally be able up have an icecream sandwich again! They also have tons of regular cookies and ice cream. Saturday was customer appreciation day. All I had to pay for was my cookies! It was delightful and fun to finally! Don’t miss next time your in midtown, Nashville! Xoxo MarciEllen Gerber
Each time we’ve gone here the staff is super helpful. They use a separate scooper and went in the back to scoop out of a fresh vanilla batch. Kids loved it and no tummy problems after.
Gluten free and vegan cookies kept separately. Also vegan ice cream, and will scoop from new containers for dairy based ice cream and toppings. Owner knew exactly which ice cream was gf
