I have been wanting to try this place for a while. The gluten free cookies appeared to be on their own rack behind the counter. The presentation of the cookie sandwich was awesome, but the taste left much to be desired. The cookies tasted like they had been sitting out all day, which it looks like they had. I think if they would heat them up that might help a lot. GF ice cream choices are clearly marked which is nice. Honestly, I ended up throwing my cookie sandwich away. Appreciate the effort, but would rather leave room for a better dessert.

Everything's labeled, but the staff making our sandwiches seemed to confuse gluten free for vegan. Gluten free cookies were kept separately from the other cookies and the vegan ice cream was kept separately from the other ice creams, but a common ice cream scoop was used.

Very friendly staff that are knowledgeable. GF and vegan options for those who can’t have gluten, dairy or eggs!! It’s delicious!! Would call ahead because they do run out.

A master class in food safety from the young man who took my order.

When I identified as celiac he immediately changed gloves and explained to me which ice cream flavors and cookies were gluten free. He then served me from a fresh container in the back to limit the risk of cross contamination.

All this on a busy Saturday night! What a hero. Very grateful for this attentive and caring server - and the wonderful ice cream sandwich as well.

Wonderful. Two gluten free cookies with gluten free ice cream. They have an up to date allergy paper showing what is safe. He changed his gloves and assemble cookie sandwich in the back using ice cream that has not my been touched and gluten free cookies. He did not need to be prompted delicious !!!
