My daughter and I are both symptomatic. We had the gf chocolate chip cookie with vanilla ice cream and toppings. It was delicious! Huge though, we probably could have shared one.

I visited on a Friday night. The place was at capacity—super busy—with a line out the door. Even so, the server was happy to outline all the GF options for me and not make me feel rushed.
I chose my ice cream and toppings for the GF cookie sandwich. The server changed gloves, scooped from a fresh ice cream tub in the back, and avoided heating up the cookies. I was pleased to receive all of the same precautions others have reported, and on a busy night to boot.
No reaction! Asked the server to change her gloves and no don’t warm the cookie up. Got one GF chocolate chip cookie and one GF fudge brownie cookie with mint chip ice cream in the middle
No reaction, delicious cookies and ice cream! And staff was super kind and knowledgeable! So impressed! If you are celiac and sensitive to cross contamination just make sure they don’t warm up your cookies because I found out after they started warming It up that they use the same oven for all cookies! But they remade It for me no problem! They changed gloves and used fresh tubs for ice cream!
Wonderful experience. Two flavors of vegan/glute free cookies, four flavors of gf ice cream & one vegan. Several gf toppings. Staff very knowledgeable. Asked if was a reference or allergy so did a glove change & got ice cream from the back. It was such an awesome experience to go out with family and feel normal getting dessert with them. I am gluten & dairy intolerant & my daughter is celiac. Highly recommend.
Delicious!! I’m also dairy free and I had the vegan/gf ice cream sandwich. Can be a little overwhelming to ask about contamination when super busy, but I went earlier in the day when it was less packed and they were super knowledgeable and made me feel very safe.
Sooooooo good! The gluten feee cookies are delicious-especially the fudge brownie cookie-and the ice cream is a perfect match. Tell them you have Celiac and they change gloves and scoop ice cream out of an unopened container. My dairy-free daughter loved their vegan options too!

They knew all of the celiac protocols. They were very careful. The chocolate chip cookie and mint chip ice cream ice cream were really good.
Delicious and the cookies were yummy! It was fun to get a GF ice cream cookie sandwich. Only two cookies options, a brownie cookie, and a chocolate chip cookie. A few ice cream options; chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, and mint chip.
Great spot for an ice cream sandwich. Flavor choices for GF were minimal (vanilla, chocolate, mint chip) but still a great cookie sandwich treat that I don’t normally get to have!
Wow! Service was amazing! They had vegan gluten free chocolate chip cookies for ice cream sandwich and scooped from new container in back, washed hands, changed gloves and put sprinkles on the side for my 5 year old , all from back kitchen! It was SO good!
Fantastic service. Ordered the GF ice cream cookie sandwich. They immediately changed gloves and asked if cross contamination was a concern. When I noted that it was, they went to the back and made the entire sandwich in a separate area to prevent cross contamination. It was a delicious treat and a great end to a day on the beach! My celiac 4 year old son didn't want to share and wanted it all to himself! 😀Highly recommend this place.

Delicious ice cream sandwich! Just make sure they scoop from the back and use toppings from the back. The GF/vegan chocolate chip cookies were INSANE!
The GF cookies are so delicious and they were very cautious about cross contamination placing the cookies in bags for warm them up

Great experience here! They have gf cookies and ice cream, they offered to open a new tub of ice cream from the back and changed their gloves. Bonus, it was delicious!
Great place for a GF treat! The GF cookies are delicious and a few of the ice cream flavors are GF. Staff is trained to check the allergen menus.
There’s definitely a reason for all these positive reviews. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and eager to help. They opened a fresh container of ice cream to prevent any cross contamination - at their own suggestion. Good food, excellent service, didn’t get sick! Safest I’ve felt eating outside my house in a long time.
They offer gluten free cookies which were kept separate from the others. Gluten free ice cream flavours too. Pretty yummy.
Gluten-free ice cream cookie sandwich! Not a dedicated gluten-free facility (obviously) but the staff is very knowledgeable and uses different gloves to handle gluten-free customers.

Delicious!! They changed gloves, used a clean ice cream scoop, opened a brand new container of ice cream, and pressed the cookie in paper to avoid cross-contamination. The coffee ice cream is especially good.

I enjoyed a scoop of vanilla and chocolate chip cookie! They don’t have a special press for cookie sandwiches so the cross contamination risk was more than I was willing to take. For a cookie or ice cream this is a fun stop but not for a special cookie sandwich for the sensitive celiac.
omg! this is the best discovery of our San Diego trip! the guy said "I'm sorry we only have chocolate chip cookies " I'm thinking "who complained about fresh baked gf cookies??" love!

The best gf cookie sandwich i have EVER had! The cookie gas that almost gluten chewiness wich i miss. I informed that i had celiac disease and they then changed their gloves and icecream scoop. friedly personal!
These are the best guten free chocolate chip cookies I have had yet! A must to try. Gonna go for the ice cream sandwich next.

Only one gf chocolate chip cookie. You can get a sundae or ice cream sandwich. The gf cookie sandwich was awesome! Line was out the door but moved fast.
I'm not celiac, but definitely react to gluten. they have gluten free chocolate chip cookies to make ice cream sandwiches with. super yummy and I didn't get sick! No aching joints today either!I would say cross contamination would probably be an issue because they're other cookies are made from scratch daily.

Got a gluten free ice cream sandwich! They were knowledge about cross contamination and the cookies were comparable to the Sweet Lauren’s break and bake. Didn’t get sick and will be going back!!
I went in last week with my boyfriend and did the whole gluten free spiel. I was expecting that it would be an experience that I was debating if it was worth it or not. Instead, the girl behind the counter was pretty knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions I had.
They have 2 different flavours of gluten free cookies which are made in house (that were SO good!! They were so chewy and soft and they knew exactly how to make them well).
They bake them in a dedicated area and while they all share the same oven, the cookies have a dedicated cookie sheet and they make sure to bake the gluten free cookies at a different time from the gluten cookies. I also had to ask for gluten free cookies because they keep them in the back so the cookies aren’t anywhere near the gluten cookies.
They only unfortunately have 3 gf flavours of ice cream but they assumed I needed the allergy scoop and I didn’t even have to ask!!
I am not the type to write reviews at all but I was seriously impressed by this place. I wanted to wait a week before writing to make sure I didn’t have a reaction and I am completely fine. I also discovered this place from a friend who is also celiac with extremely severe reactions when glutened.
Very friendly staff, but all they had were the gluten free/vegan brownie cookies and no chocolate chip. The cookie was very burnt and hard as a brick. 10 year celiac and I would say this had to be one of my least favorite experiences. I had high expectations with the good reviews, but very let down.

The clerk was a little short when she said they sold out of gluten free cookies earlier. Not a great experience. She didn't even offer me ice cream. My family walked out.
