Delicious, huge buffet. I had breakfast here. Items are marked GF on buffet but I would get a second opinion on each dish, depending on your sensitivity to CC. I had GF pancakes but they're prepped on same surface as regular. Come early and there are no crowds.

Well… not a great experience. I travel a lot and like all celiacs, it can be challenging to get a tasty and safe meal on the road. I’ve been in Vegas for 3 days and so far so good but I pushed my luck a little with the Wynn Buffet. I know, buffets are risky and I usually avoid them but it was 4pm, I hadn’t eaten a thing all day and I was hungry so perhaps my judgment had lapsed, influenced by an empty stomach and the desire to indulge in some Vegas temptations. Well, like splitting 10’s at the blackjack table, I messed up! The chef walked me through the buffet and he seemed confused. He pointed to things marked “gf” and said they weren’t and other things not marked and said they were gluten free. The place was clean but safety was an issue since the serving tables were a little messy. One example of poor planning, they had some gf cookies, but had one set of serving tongs that were shared with other items that weren’t gf and the other items were on a tier ABOVE the cookies…yup, I’m sure cross contamination was inevitable! Not sure what got me but I got “glutenized” and knew within 10 minutes of leaving the table that it wasn’t going to be a good evening! This place is very expensive too so the value equation makes it highly questionable for me in future visits to Las Vegas.

Excellent service. They have a chef walk you through and explain everything that is celiac safe. Great food.

I called them upon seeing good reviews from celiac people on Find me Gluten free. They say it was ok and that the chef would show me every gluten free food, which is exactly what happened. I privileged the gluten free food that did not risk cross contamination meaning in individual portion rather than collective and self-service where the spoon could create potential cross contamination. It was amazing. I could eat lots of things. They even made me a gluten free pizza prepared in a separate area and cooked in a separate oven. Usually same thing for pancakes but they were out of gf pancakes preparation. I had an amazing time, I recommend!

Chef walked us through options. Could request gf pizza fo be made (yum) and also could ask for Chinese to be made without soy sauce. Didn’t have room to try that.
Was very good. Only a couple dessert options. Crème brûlée and cherry chip soy ice cream all yummy.

The buffet is very gluten free. The Head Chef’s wife has Celiac so he told me he purposely designed the menu so that she can come and enjoy the buffet safely. An overwhelming majority of items there are gluten free and are clearly labeled. However, confusingly there are more options not labeled that GF that are GF, and also there are options off the menu that are GF like Pizza/EggsBenedict/custom sushi/custom fried rice/pancakes. I recommend asking to speak with the head chef (talk to the hostess) if you go as I’m not sure if there are any seasonal changes, but also to learn about what items are GF that aren’t labeled. The Chef came out, spent about 5-10 minutes walking us through the entire buffet (very friendly and not rushed, he actually seemed excited to show us), he only left us after we felt comfortable knowing how to navigate the buffet. I have gone here once with another friend who is gluten allergy/sensitive and neither had an issue, and I’ve went with someone who is Celiac as well with no issue. Another review mentions shared tongs, there’s only one spot I could think of that happening, but most sections of hot bar with shared tongs will be gluten free since their is the one set of tongs, but the last time I went I remember their being fewer sections with shared tongs.

GF food marked at buffet however some GF and regular items share tongs to serve on your plate. I avoided those items and did well. Not a huge selection but plenty to fill your plate!

Ravioli was amazing!!! Asked the chef to make it. Pizza was horrible. The cosmopolitan buffet was a ton better for the same price.

If you tell the hostess you are gluten free she will ask the chef to give you a guided tour of the buffet. They are fabulous, letting you know every item that is safe and letting you know about “special” items that can be made just for you (gf pizza, ravioli, toast, pancakes)
Yes
The chef took time to walk me through the buffet, however, the walk through was very rushed. I felt as if I was being a burden. The chef also kept confusing gluten and lactose intolerance. The actual number of gluten free options was relatively limited for the high price ($50) of the dinner buffet.
I will say I did not get sick and was able to leave mostly satisfied.

WOW is all I can say. When we arrived, our waiter called a chef over who personally walked me through the line. There are so many options! Salad, fruit, yogurt, soups, cheeses, meats, sushi rolls, fish, and they’ll even make you gluten free pizza, ravioli, and pancakes upon request. I stayed away from things I can get anywhere else because there were so many options! They even had MULTIPLE dessert options to choose from. The buffet is pricey, but considering I ate a gluten free pizza, ravioli, and 2 pancakes (among other things)... it more than paid for itself. Yes, it’s a buffet, but they take precautions and each “station” had separate plates, a separate cooking area, etc. This was up there with the best meals I’ve ever had. Definitely worth it.
Yes
The staff was friendly and attentive. They have gluten free bread, pizza, pancakes and will ask you if it needs to be cooked in a different area. Just ask the cooks for what you want. I tipped all the cooks for helping me because I was so happy with the service and knowledge.
Yes
My favorite place in Vegas. The Chef comes out and walks you through the whole buffet line showing you what is gluten free.
Good food. Was safe, the only reason I don’t rate a 5 is the walk through was way to fast and I couldn’t remember everything. They should put little tents out stating the allergies. I went during brunch and they told me that’s the best time for celiacs because they have all their lunch food and breakfast out at once. So twice the options. They also offered to make you gluten free items in the back.
Yes
So awesome. Had a chef walk - this means they walk you around the entire buffet and show you all of the gf options. I had dinner, so good! I bet 70% of the buffet is ok and delicious options everywhere. Taco bar, seafood, potato latkes, sushi!
Yes
They will make a gf blueberry muffin for you. But they no longer offer gf brownies. but the buffet is otherwise wonderful!
Wonderful selections, including many great GF options. Their staff is very helpful and can make special items like GF pancakes.
Wonderful brunch! The chef took me around and showed me what was okay and what was not. They can make waffles/pancakes, muffins, brownies and pasta upon request. They are very knowledgeable and willing to make accommodations! Definitely recommend!
Yes
The chef took me through the buffet and told me what I could/couldn’t have. There was a lot of great stuff! The people at the stations can make many things gf if asked. I was very happy and VERY full!
Yes
Definitely have the chef explain allergens. There were many GF and dairy free options. Even desserts!
Excellent made to order gf pancakes. Ask for chef to show you around. Have gf pizza but was stuffed from other food I didn't get it. Ask for whatever you want and they would probably try to accommodate you.
The chef gave me a person tour in the entire buffet (which is massive). The knowledge was extensive. I was told I could have anything and everything they had prepared I just had to ask for a gf version. Pizza, pasta, Chinese foods, breads, bagels. Even had their own prep station for gf, AND a separate toaster. It was also lovely to have 3 different dessert options. Highly recommend it.
Yes
Phenomenal buffet! We have never had a reaction. Head chef explains any and all allergenic foods you note. Very helpful and educational. We stop by any time we're in Vegas!
Yes
When I mentioned I need gluten free they had a chef go around and show me what was ok and what to stay away from. Very nice. plenty of choices. Pork loin wins. Creme Brule too.
When I walked in, I told them I needed gluten free due to Celiac and they called for the chef. Chef Kelly came out and walked me around. She said "don't worry, we can handle this and having Celiac just means you get special treatment and food prepared just for you". She was amazing in walking me through every station. They specially prepared a gluten free waffle and blueberry muffin in a separate oven....it was so good I had to question again to make sure it was gluten free. She even brought out a separate bowl of syrup to avoid any cross contamination. Everything was great and she made me feel like being gluten free wasn't an imposition, which is pretty unusual!
The only safe GF buffet on the strip. Go here! Tell a cook you have celiacs, and the head chef will come out and give you a personal walk through of the entire buffet. They make GF ravioli and pizza upon request that is delicious!!! Tons of GF deserts and they are VERY knowledgable about cross contamination. A Vegas must!
Yes
Good food for those that can eat gluten. The choices for dinner were limited for me. The chef came out and pointed everything I can eat but the majority of the meats had gluten. No gluten free pasta and I can sure give them an award for the "worst gluten free bread served in a restaurant"
Since I am also allergic to shell fish ...it sure was a waist of $43
No
Same experience as the other reviewers. Great meal. We will be back next time we are in town! Just a tip...You can pay an extra $10 to pass the very long line of you are not a hotel guest.
The hands down best buffet for Celiacs and GF diets!! The chef Kellie gave me a tour and her staff (special shoutout to George) made me a separate made-to-order GF pizza, waffle, pancake and brownie. Lots of meat selections, omelet bar, and GF pasta made to order too. Just let them know your concerns and they will take AMAZING care of you.
Yes
The chef reviewed every item on the buffet with me to confirm which options were safe. No after effects. Great experience.
Yes
We really enjoy it here, if your willing to pay for it definitely do it, for to of us it came to $95. We let the waiter about being GF and the chef personal showed us what was ok and not ok, and what could possibly be contaminated, also made pancakes and a chocolate brownie, I must say was the best chocolate brownie I have ever had!, we're 100% going back again, you must go.
I just want to say how incredible this place is. I'm very picky in where I eat because of all the allergies I have. The Chef personally walked me through every row, and was very thorough. He had a positive approach and was happy to explain in detail some of the ingredients that I asked about. Very good and recommend if you're picky about foods.
Yes
I ate here recently and had a similar experience to the other reviewers. I told the front of house staff that I was gluten free and they arranged for the head chef to walk me through the items I could eat as well as the other items they could make or grab from the back without cross contamination. The only downfall was that I ordered a custom pizza-they have a separate oven for gf bread, and it made me sick. No less than 15 minutes after eating the pizza did I have to run to the bathroom. I don't blame the chef or front of house as they were all very well informed, however, the cooking staff seem to not acknowledge the safety precautions they should take for someone that does not choose to be gluten free. Still recommend, I just would not order the pizza as they may not bake it in a gf oven. Also-- not a whole lot of options for vegetarians with gluten sensitivity, at least not for the huge price tag. Good for meat lovers!
No
Absolutely great. The chef walked me through the buffet and honestly was so knowledgable. He knew lots of small details where gluten could be hiding. The service here is top notch. Especially for a buffet. They are also happy to make pizzas, brownies and will grab you clean items from the back if you ask.
Yes
First time in Vegas, had to eat at the Wynn buffet. The food was excellent and the head chef was very knowledgeable on celiac - gluten free - cross contamination. Their servers are trained periodically. Before eating be sure the mention to the hostess that you are celiac and you would like to talk to the chef. He gave us a very thorough tour of all the food. highly recommend eating here.
Yes
This place was great - we told the hostess that we needed to know the Gluten Free options. She seated us, and then got the chef to walk us through the buffets.
- It would have been easier to track the limited things that we could not eat than to keep track of what we could.
They made gluten free ravioli specifically for us, and offered to make a pizza.
The buffet is amazing - funny - I asked for some mashed potatoes from the back that did not have the breaded shallots - she brought me a bowl that easily would have fed 4!
Everyone was helpful and friendly and a great selection of deserts to eat too!!!
Yes
Impressive, truly impressive.
the head chef will come out to show you what u can and cant have and what to ask for fresh in the back. the chefs at each staion r happy to make you special gluten free items if available. example gluten free pancakes.
Yes
The chef walked me through the buffet and explained all the GF options. Long story short, I got sick anyway. Don't eat at a buffet if you're celiac.
No
Went for Sat Dinner. Chef came out and did the walk around. So many choices it was hard to remember what he said was GF. Salads, potatoes, salmon, beef, meats and cheeses, beans, rice, crab legs and shrimp; as some examples. The food was quite good.
Be prepared to wait in line for 30 minutes at least & make sure you're up to par on their dress code policy. (Must wear sleeves- men and women) The food isn't that great, very over priced & I did not see one Vegan option.
No
Allergy-gluten-free awesome.
Many choices including at least 4 desserts for many restrictions: gluten-free, dairy, soy, peanuts, vegan, and more
Chef walks you around the entire buffet and let's you know what is safe or not and why. And will come out again or do 2nd walk thru if you need. Chef Keeps some gluten free, multi-grain bread in back--will toast your own bread in oven where regular bread is not toasted
Awesome food. Much Better than most good restaurants
Accommodating, friendly knowledgeable
Good prices
Great buffet for anyone who is gluten free, dairy free, vegan, or on other special diets. The chef came out and gave us a tour, pointing out everything that was safe. Lots of options, all of which were delicious! They even made us some GfDF bread and pancakes AND had several safe and amazing desert selections!
Yes
Wow. From top to bottom remarkable. After asking the cashier about the labeling of food items, she requested the hostess to call the head chef. Then the head chef personally walked my wife through the entire enormous buffet. She had more options than she knew what to do with and enjoyed every delicious bite due to the extra care and attention.
Items at buffet labeled if they contained gluten but saw a fair amount of cross contamination going on by customers with a staff not paying much attention. My husband, who has celiac, did not feel comfortable eating there.
