They are so safe with gluten-free orders. They make sure you are heard and the customer service is great. They double checked the kitchen to make sure the fries were celiac friendly and they were not. I think one of the fryers was broken, they usually have a seperate fryer

Many GF options (Separate menu) and staff knowledgeable/confident with Celiac. Had BLT with parm fries- (separate fryer) - delicious! Non-celiac family members loved it too. Will come back again.

The Counter is awesome. I have eaten here numerous times and the servers are all very knowledgeable about how the gluten free food is prepared. As a family, we get the fries trio, substituting onion rings (NOT gluten free) for plain fries. The gluten free fries trio includes: Parmesan, sweet potato and plain French fries. The fries are made separately for us GF/celiac people. I also recommend the gluten free Chipotle turkey burger, with the GF bun. There are so many options, and custom burgers (for your gluten, gluten free, and vegetarian friends) you can make. They accommodate everyone. Highly recommend this location.

Excellent staff, excellent gluten free food, and the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer. I have yet to get sick at this restaurant. The staff seems to understand gluten free eating, but you will need to ask for a gluten free menu.

Never had a reaction at this location. They have a gluten free menu and a dedicated fries fryer. You can make custom burgers and salads. Their gluten free buns aren’t the best, they fall apart easily, but it is pretty hard to find a safe burger joint so I don’t mind too much. Just place your order for a gluten allergy and make sure you double confirm everything will be cooked on clean/ separate surfaces.

Update 2024: The last 3 times I’ve eaten her or gotten to-go I have gotten sick so I won’t be coming back again. I’m not sure what changed as I order the same things and communicate the same needs/requests as before.

They are so amazing with celiac disease. Just let them know. They avoid contamination. They have a dedicated fryer that's on all the time now. Easily the safest burger you'll have.

You can build your own glutenfree burger! they have a seperate glutenfree menu and a dedicated glutenfree fryer. The brussel sprouts were amazing! I felt safe, but I am asymptomatic. Keep in mind that they also work with wheat buns in their kitchen. Prices are really fair, no upcharge for the glutenfree buns.
