The food tastes good but both me and my son were sick to our stomach after we left. Was quite a downer the rest of the day for us. We both only had hamburgers. Unique location but probably not safe for celiacs.

Separate gf menu. Lots of choices! Fryer is gf so can get fries and sweet potato fries. Staff was very friendly. Great place to go for a low-key meal.

Our food was good. The chili cheese fries were good. Our burger was ok but came missing half the toppings. Both our friends who are not GF ordered the wings and there was SO much salt they couldn't eat them & waitress insisted there wasn't an error, but reluctantly said she could get them something else. The food took forever to arrive, so there was no way we were waiting for more. Her excuse for horrible service was that over 3 people didn't show up for work. However I gave it a good rating bc my food was good and there was a great selection. I still feel good without reaction .

Atmosphere is a cross between a Chipotle and an Applebee's. Definitely an adult vibe, but not very overly commercial or dark inside. The burgers are good, but pricey. The gluten-free bun is just an Udi brand so we opted for the bed of lettuce. Chili was large portion but only okay. Ask for a GF menu when you are seated.

This is the best burger place. The GF menu has many options and our serve was very knowledgeable about celiacs. Highly recommend, great atmosphere and wonderful service.

They understand and take cross-contact seriously. Burger was great and so was service. Nima approved my bacon cheddar burger on GF bun with side salad and ranch.

Really good build your own burgers! They have GF buns. The fries are GF and really good.

Waitress had a relative with Celiac, so was very understanding. Burger and bun tested clean. Still has a dedicated fryer for the fries. 6/26/19

Food was 👍 great! Got a gluten free bun. The burger was amazing and the customization was such a great feature. Our waitress Meighan was understating, that thiswad out first time and we neededa gluten free menu.

Very friendly staff, and by far one of the best burgers I’ve ever had, I will be going back!

Absolutely delicious and safe!! Definitely go between 3-6 if you can to avoid the busy times. I got the grilled chicken with bacon/cheddar/avocado/ranch, SO GOOD. Chose no bun, though the GF bun looked good. Will definitely come again and hope to see some in the Midwest!

Less than 25% occupied and service was very slow. Over charged initially. GF bun for hamburger could have been better. No prices on the gluten free menu.

took my many food allergies into account. Food was excellent, did not get sick. GF buns, bread, french fries. GF Menu. Also ordered from GrubHub and the order was delivered perfectly.

Went to a conference and ate here five times. Food was really good and staff was great. It has been one of the best places I've eaten at when I travel.

I had a 1/3 pound burger with lettuce & cut tomato & honey mustard, with fries. It was very good. My husband had a regular burger with grilled onions & bar-b-cue sauce and said it was the best restaurant burger he's had in a long time.

Had lunch here yesterday with 8 yo GF son. Full GF menu to create a burger and also sandwiches and a few other items. Dedicated fryer - great shoestring fries! Son loved it, no problems. Rest of family enjoyed menu too. Staff was very knowledgeable. Would eat here again!

The strawberry lemonade was good. Service sucks, the wait time was long. My bison is gouda burger was given to another table. I never experienced anything like this before. I had to put more money in the meter. I thought 45 minutes would be plenty. So disappointed

Terrific GF menu, build your own burger. Choose meat, toppings, veggies, sauces - all on a GF brioche bun. Separate fryer for fries. Awesome GF find in downtown Phoenix!!! Family friendly.

ate here with no ill-effects for GF husband. we all enjoyed our meal once we got it. we called in the order and we're told 20 minutes but it was almost an hour. on the plus side, everything was ready at the same time and the right temp. convenient if you are downtown.

Really nice waitstaff with good explanations. The veggie burger is not gf, but you can get a mean custom grilled cheese with interesting toppings, and tasty fries cooked separately.

Never had a reaction at this location. They have a gluten free menu and a dedicated fries fryer. You can make custom burgers and salads. Their gluten free buns aren’t the best, they fall apart easily, but it is pretty hard to find a safe burger joint so I don’t mind too much. Just place your order for a gluten allergy and make sure you double confirm everything will be cooked on clean/ separate surfaces.

Update 2024: The last 3 times I’ve eaten her or gotten to-go I have gotten sick so I won’t be coming back again. I’m not sure what changed as I order the same things and communicate the same needs/requests as before.

They are so amazing with celiac disease. Just let them know. They avoid contamination. They have a dedicated fryer that's on all the time now. Easily the safest burger you'll have.

You can build your own glutenfree burger! they have a seperate glutenfree menu and a dedicated glutenfree fryer. The brussel sprouts were amazing! I felt safe, but I am asymptomatic. Keep in mind that they also work with wheat buns in their kitchen. Prices are really fair, no upcharge for the glutenfree buns.
