Went to the counter tonight, was not disappointed at all! They have a separate gluten free menu. Everything was yummy! Made my own burger with gluten free Udis bun, gluten free shoestring fries and vanilla milkshake.

The Counter has a separate gluten free menu available. One side is all of the gluten free menu options and the other is a build your own gluten free burger page. They use Udi’s buns or you can do a bed of lettuce. They were willing to modify items off the children’s menu to be gluten free for us as well (extra charge for gf bun). My child got the kids menu sliders on a cut up Udi’s bun. They have a dedicated fries fryer and let me know they would tell the kitchen about our order so gloves were changed and precautions were taken. Our waiter was helpful. We would return.

I thought this restaurant was so great for celiacs and GF people. Good menu to choose from already made burgers and then you can build your own with a Udi’s bun or on a bed of greens. Separate fryer for both shoestring fries and sweet potato fries! Wait was a little long but food was great when it came out!

There was a separate gluten free menu that was very convenient. They even had a gluten free bun—not the best i have ever had but not the worst. The truffle fries were delicious.

Very pricey for a burger

The service was slow but the food made up for it i ordered the sweet potato fries and a grilled chicken breast it was the best meal i have eaten at naples it cost around $7 i am gluten free egg free sugar free dairy free and on the paleo diet because of heath reasons but they really helped and were flexible with the menu

I have been here a couple of times. The food is good and the GF buns very good. Service has been inconsistent.

I really enjoyed this place. Sure, it's a bit expensive, but there are SO many options to choose from, even on the GF menu! They offer toppings well beyond your typical burger place and had a nice selection of wine. I think they had a GF beer as well, but I don't recall. I had a bison burger with several toppings, including sauces, and a gluten free bun (you can also get a lettuce bun or lettuce bed). The bun was good and didn't fall apart like some GF buns. I have celiac disease and I am very sensitive to cross-contamination and I felt great after eating here!

Never had a reaction at this location. They have a gluten free menu and a dedicated fries fryer. You can make custom burgers and salads. Their gluten free buns aren’t the best, they fall apart easily, but it is pretty hard to find a safe burger joint so I don’t mind too much. Just place your order for a gluten allergy and make sure you double confirm everything will be cooked on clean/ separate surfaces.

Update 2024: The last 3 times I’ve eaten her or gotten to-go I have gotten sick so I won’t be coming back again. I’m not sure what changed as I order the same things and communicate the same needs/requests as before.

They are so amazing with celiac disease. Just let them know. They avoid contamination. They have a dedicated fryer that's on all the time now. Easily the safest burger you'll have.

You can build your own glutenfree burger! they have a seperate glutenfree menu and a dedicated glutenfree fryer. The brussel sprouts were amazing! I felt safe, but I am asymptomatic. Keep in mind that they also work with wheat buns in their kitchen. Prices are really fair, no upcharge for the glutenfree buns.
