Such a fun place, great atmosphere and delicious food. To see “ask about GLUTEN FREE options! (Hint…. It’s most if the menu)” made this celiac girl very happy. This is our GO TO place when in Show Low!!!

Very good. Very upfront about what is gluten free.
Update. Got glutened in August 2022
— Gluten-free items are marked on the main menu
I ate here multiple times while in Show Low without any problems. The staff is knowledgeable about gluten and considerate to our needs. They have a separate fryer for their gluten free items. This is a fun place where the staff makes you feel more like a friend who has come over for dinner than a customer. They have outdoor tables, and games. There is an ice cream shop next door and a bar in the back. A very fun and relaxed atmosphere for all.

When I ordered, the cashier was well-versed in cross-contact prevention for celiac disease. He could quickly answer my questions without having to ask a manager, which is always a good sign. He made a specific note to the kitchen thar my order was for celiac and my burger box was clearly denoted "GF."
They got some very interesting burgers with topping combos that are quite adventurous. I don't like to push my luck with extra ingredients, so I just got the Barn Burger with havarti.
They have GF buns, which is much appreciated. I'll do a lettuce wrap when needed, but I'm always excited when I can have an actual bun like a normal person. Their burgers are ginormous. If you have tried just about any GF bread, you know they fall apart easily. So, did the burger become messy? Yes. Was it delicious and awesome? Also, yes. If you don't like a messy burger, you may want to grab a fork and knife to cut it in smaller pieces before devouring it.
The fresh house chips are cooked in dedicated oil, so have at those too.
I'm one of those celiac who gets symptoms within 20 minutes of eating. I did not have a reaction here. Of course, you should always do your own due diligence and make the choice that is right for you.
Heads up that if it's busy, they are not wiping down tables between guests often. You order and then find an open table, so it is a casual dining experience. We had to swoop in and grab a table after someone left and there were crumbs galore on the table. This is a potential point of cross contact. Fortunately, they have gigantic napkins that easily cover the table so you don't have to stress about accidentally touching crumbs and glutening yourself.

We love this place. Very knowledgeable about gluten and celiac disease. We have eaten here many times with no issues. Not sure what happened but my husband was glutened this time….
Update. Was hoping our last experience was a fluke but it was t. We went back two days later and my husband was glutened again!

Only two stars for the gluten free ciders and White Claw available. My gluten free burger tested positive by Nima. Was told they can't guarantee a gluten free meal due to cross contamination in the kitchen.
2022 Update. Still claim most items can be made gluten free. Asked about gluten free. Was assured the grilled shrimp tacos would be a safe choice. Nima test showed a lot of gluten. Okay place for a drink, but still can't safely eat there.

Great GF selection! Almost everything on the main menu can be done gluten free. I got deep fried chicken tenders, which were delicious. They also had a nice selection of about half a dozen GF hard ciders.

Staff was friendly but apprehensive when we asked them if they were celiac friendly which made us a little nervous. Restaurant doesn’t have a separate area for gluten free items but they do have separate fryers. Ordered the chicken strips and they bread them in potato starch- didn’t get sick.

This is my go-to place for gluten-free in Show Low. I usually get the fried chicken tenders, it's so rare to find gluten free fried chicken! I got a burger last time and WOW, amazing! Large portions, great food, love the atmosphere here.

Most of the menu can be made gluten free. The manager told me that she eats gluten-free, so she knows all about it. Gluten-free fried chicken, buns, and bread available. Separate fryers used for the chips. Delicious! $20 for two people to eat here. Friendly atmosphere. 10/10 would come again.

This place is incredible! Loved their GF chicken tenders. They also have GF fried shrimp. Their burgers are delicious, gourmet style without the extra price tag. Almost everything on their menu can be made GF. And equally great for the gluten peeps with you. Thrilled to find in the area.

Excited about this place! The service was amazing. They were patient and happy to help. They have a wonderful gluten free bread. I feel amazing after eating here and highly recommend 😁
Their GF buns were really good! They said they were also able to lettuce wrap too. Lots of ciders, their homemade chips were in a dedicated fryer, and a great atmosphere for families!

The bonfire shrimp is great. It is dairy free and also can be made gluten free. One of the best meals we’ve had on our vacation. My daughter doesn’t typically like spicy food but was very happy with this. I had the shrimp and a side salad and that was just right.
Staff very knowledgeable about gf options on menu. No separate gf menu but they can prepare any item gf (except three). Also have a dedicated gf fryer.
Food is great, quick service.

Dedicated gluten free fryer making Bonfire shrimp with spicy orange sauce over bed of red cabbage slaw. Gluten free batter can be used for chicken strips as well. Indoor and outdoor seating with ambiance of a backyard party complete with corn hole games, grass, and outdoor bar make it very family friendly.

The burger with lettuce instead of the bun is so good. And they have homemade chips which are also gluten free which are amazing!!
Excellent food and great atmosphere. Wonderful place to take the family or to enjoy a night out with friends. Burgers, Bonfire Shrimp and Chili taste delicious. Above mentioned items, plus others, can all be prepared gluten free.
