Simply the best, easiest place to eat while in DC if you have celiac or allergens. Also sell Rise Bakery gluten-free, dairy-free and soy-free cookies.

EVERYTHING is gluten free. When ordering, my favorite is to skip the base, get 3 sides. Chicken was sooo good. Pork was ok. The chipotle mayo mixed with the bright orange sauce (sriracha in it?) was really yummy.

Fantastic lunch counter....all options were G-free! Wish we had one of these in Boston. Even if you're not gluten free, this is still a terrific spot.

Fantastic food and very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. My Celiac son loved the rice bowl with salmon , charred broccoli , sweet potato and avocado dip. They only charged us for a kids meal so that he could get a free gluten-free chocolate milk, even though he ate an adult portion!

Nice quick place to grab a healthy bite to eat. A few menu items but lots of different combination options to build your own bowl. Sweet potatoes seemed a little over cooked but overall really good flavors in the options.

Tried the Beet Hummus Dip because it was such a pretty color and ended up really loving it.

The menu here is 100% gluten free! It’s a fast casual concept where guests build their own salads by choosing a base (greens, quinoa, or rice) and then some veggies and premixed salads plus protein. Very flavorful, real food. Good sized portions for the price.

I have to admit, I wasn’t sure I would like this place. I’m super picky about my vegetables. But this place is delicious. Definitely will be back. With everything gluten free (even all the drinks and packaged snacks), this was very safe for a Celiac like myself.

The staff was helpful in explaining what items were most popular. (A lot of great options) The menu clearly states everything is 100% gluten free. The food was amazing! I got the salmon poke bowl with a side of butternut squash soup (non-dairy). If I'm in the area again I would definitely return. Decent price for quality ingredients.

What a great fast and healthy option for celiacs! It's often hard to find a fast meal on a GF diet but this place is 100% GF and has a selection of healthy but hearty choices. I got the brown rice bowl with chicken and veggies. It was very good! I hope to find this chain in other cities.

Wow! Fantastic casual order at counter place full of interesting and tasty gf grains and proteins and veggies. Worried it would be only veggies but not the case. Yum! (On a side note, where the now-closed pei Wei was located).

This place is out of this world delicious. I love how many fresh veggies they have and the salmon is DELICIOUS. Pretty fair prices and an excellent lunch spot. Also, as a diner with celiac disease (a severe gluten allergy) it's really safe for me (everything in the store is gluten free) and I don't even have to ask the employees about cross-contamination!

This is not a dedicated Gluten Free facility, as confirmed by one of their owners. I reached out to confirm their chickpeas are sourced from a farm that does not rotate and/or store wheat with chickpeas (this is a common practice and affects those who are sensitive to cross contamination). I'd like to see this restaurant removed from this site as a Gluten Free Dedicated facility.

Hit this little spot during a short stay in DC and was highly impressed! First off, it's 100% gluten free! I got the Tofu and Mushroom Roll with Cauliflower Leek soup and my husband got the Poke Salmon Bowl. Both meals were amazingly fresh and just the right amount of food to leave you fulfilled. I especially enjoyed the Ponzu and Spicy Mayo sauce that I was given with the Roll! Heading to NYC next and will definitely be checking out The Little Beet Table there!

Got here at 8:30 on a Tuesday night, 30 minutes before closing. Green beans and Broccoli looked and tastes like they had been sitting around for hours. Steak was tough and flavorless. Wife said chicken was good.

Everything was gluten free! I had a bahn mi roll, which was like a burrito size sushi roll. It was delicious. My friend's food looked less appetizing- he picked a protein and two sides. They looked like they had been overcooked, whereas my roll was prepared fresh.

100% gluten free restaurant. Build a plate with grilled salmon, steak, chicken or other proteins and choose from an array of delicious vegetable sides, or choose soup or one of several wraps made from nori. This belongs to the growing category of "fast casual," but this is superior to any others that I've tried. Really good flavor combinations. They have baked goods too, which I haven't tried. When we visited, services was professional and friendly.

Gluten free HEAVEN!! I eat here at least twice a week. I am dairy and soy free too and can still eat 70% of what's on the menu. Love the salmon tartare and Asian chicken bowls, the chicken with quinoa mix and green beans. The root vegetable mash. Some of the sides like sweet potatoes have cheese on them. Rise Gluten Free Bakery provides the yummy baked desserts. Has a lunch spot feel but has some nice seating upstairs. Love this place!!!! Can't wait to bring my kids too.

100% gluten free! So many options and good quality healthy food. My only complaint was that I asked the staff member to confirm it was all gf and he confused it with lactose/nut allergies. After I did see it advertised 100% gf on the menu so I was still confident enough to order
