Was so excited to try the pizza here. It was quite good. However, within minutes of taking the first bite, I could tell there was a potential cross contamination issue. Mild to moderate stomach cramps and bloating. Thankfully not a full gluten reaction, but still very uncomfortable and will not eat there again.
I went here after being diagnosed. They do have a dedicated kitchen space and I didn’t get sick/contaminated. At this point several years ago, I wasn’t a fan of the pizza. I went back recently craving pizza with the family and I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! Again, I didn’t get sick! I will go again, in the future, knowing it’s a very safe location. I also had the DF cheese since I am now dairy free as well.
My gluten free items came out in boxes so I knew they were mine, which was nice. I got a pull apart bread and the mini meat pie. I don’t think the sausage is gluten free because it wasn’t listed as an option. The pull apart bread was almost crunchy, not great—I wouldn’t get it again. The pizza was fairly good but a little overdone and crunchy at the edges. Standard thin gluten free crust. The large amount of cheese was nice.
Delicious and a separate kitchen to make sure there is no cc
We called to order out and my husband mentioned I have celiac and they immediately started telling him about the gluten free chicken bacon ranch (it's a little different than the gluten one) when we picked it up they said here it is and it's sealed and labeled gluten free (with a striker) I don't have symptoms so I'm not sure about cc but it was delicious and easily worth the 20 bucks. It's a 14 in crust and it's thin but really good!
The salads are NOT gluten free. Chicken bacon ranch pizza is the best
They have a separate area in the kitchen for gluten free. I eat here all the time. BBQ pizza is good too.
Waited 30 minutes for 2 pizzas. The crust was raw. Not good at all.
The price is 100% acuarte for what it is. An Amazing Pizza made with Love and hours of thought put into it.
absolutely awesome, took great care with celiac kids pizza. walled off separate prep area and toppings, came out still in delivery box so no cross contamination.
I enjoyed their pizza and did not suffer any gluten related symptoms.
BEST GF PIZZA IN UTAH!!! Their chicken bacon ranch GF pizza is amazing. They even cook/prepare everything in a separate room, then box it up and seal the box so you know they put a lot of effort into it. The only restaurant I go to for gluten free pizza, and I live 25 minutes away! Haha
tasty pizza but super expensive. $20 for a pepperoni pizza. The first sentence was my first time going there. My second time I ordered out. When I got home the crust was burnt on two pizzas! so so sad. I can't believe someone would put that in a box and send it out.
Expensive but very good. I had my extreme vegi with dairy free cheese delivered. Before food started attacking my innards this was my favorite pizza of all time. Not quite the same with the GF crust but still delicious. The Pie is my now my goto pizza place when I want a good pizza.
The pizza is great for gluten free however the knowledge of the staff on what is actually used in their dressings and other foods is shockingly little! Beware! Not only did they not know what was in the food they sell but they we're unwilling to actually try to find out. Bummer dude!
Thrilled to be able to get pizza without having to turn ordering dinner into the Spanish Inquisition. It is perfectly safe here to simply order. With a gluten free kitchen and specific practices in place, these guys know what they're doing. The price may seem a bit high (my pizza was about $20) but once you taste it all thoughts of the price will go right out of your head. The toppings are piled on and are top quality. The crust still gets perfectly done and crisped. I have never had a better gluten free pizza, and I frankly don't think I ever will. My gluten eating husband enjoyed his regular pizza, and they also offer vegan options so its a great place to bring everyone when you need to suit a lot of people.
Love the pizza. They also make the cheese pull a parts gf too.
Really great experience! Be sure to read the gluten free menu because some of the ingredients aren’t the same. We ordered the GF bbq chicken pizza and it came with pineapple instead of cilantro. It was still delicious just not what we were expecting. I will go back here again! Dedicated GF pizza making station.
This establishment definitely take GF very seriously. I love that they have a separate area to prepare the pizzas and even keep GF toppings separate to avoid cross contamination! Total win!!
However, the quality of the pizza is pretty below average. They use very little sauce and the crust is very dry.
At the end of the day, I'm happy to have another option that wont make me seriously ill, but the quality of the food for the price is such that I think I will only go back if it was the only option or if a group of friends wanted to go and I happen to tag along.
My husband ate their regular pizza and said the same thing - very dry, little sauce, and overall pretty mediocre pizza.
But I'm rating 4 starts because of their serious effort to avoid cross contamination and to clearly mark their GF food. It is a safe place to eat but maybe not the most tasty.
