I’ve have eaten here multiple times without issues except for my most recent visit this week. Definitely glutened. 🥲

The reviews had me optimistic that this place would be safe, and the staff seemed very knowledgeable when i talked to them. but unfortuantely my gf pie caused a really bad flair up, I was in pain for hours after eating :(.

Lots of red flags. They claim to have a separate kitchen space, but the online ordering is turned off, leaving accuracy to the person taking phone orders. Some pizzas have arrived not having the GF sticker, some have been stored and delivered alongside normal pizzas. I have a severe egg allergy and they don’t seem to be able to resist the urge to add ranch to the box whether I want it or not.

Love the crispy crust! It is expensive for the size but that’s to be expected. I definitely didn’t get sick either, two thumbs up!

So good that we had to go twice! If you have never been to the restaurant, check out the menu before arriving. I definitely recommend the Mini Meat pizza and the cheesy bread sticks.
Yes
They have a separate kitchen for making gluten free pizza and can do it dairy free as well! They have a separate menu, and keep the ingredients in the separate kitchen as well, and it even comes out in a covered box marked gluten free to make sure it doesn’t get contaminated on the way out to the table. Not the best gf pizza in the valley (Settebellos hands down), but better than the cardboard they serve at other places and I’ve never gotten sick when my coworkers pick here for lunch.

The pizza was great and they have a GF beer! However, I did get a gluten break out soon after being here. I had been eating out a couple times that week, so it could have been something else... let me know if you have the same problem (I hope no one else agrees because it was yummy 😝)

This pizza is amazing!!! Now if you are used to the original pie pizza just know it isn't the same. They make it thin crust. But it doesn't matter to me because it is just as amazing! They seem to take every measure to make sure it isn't cross contaminated! They even make their cheese bread GF! Definitely a must go when you are craving GOOD pizza!

I've had other GF pizzas from various local restaurants, as well as other states, and have found nothing to date to top The Pie"s pizza. Before buying I checked to see just how GF and SAFE it would be to try their pies. I was assured that they make them in a separate area of the kitchen. So my first pizza was the GF chicken and bacon, 14". I really enjoyed the pizza, and was especially pleased that I had no adverse reactions (if I eat something that's contaminated I usually react within 48 hrs). I've been back to this location several times now, all without any issues. One thing I really was surprised to discover was how chewy the crust was, being so thin. most of the pizzas I've tried from other places is either hard like a cracker or less so. But this crust has a great taste and stays chewy like regular crust even when reheated. The Pie Pizza is definitely a 5 star GF place!

Pizza was delicious!
Love this place! I always get great service and the staff is very knowledgeable about the menu. I've been to 3 of their locations and have never had a problem.
This place is awesome. Been around in the area for many years and just got on board with gluten free pies. Will be going back many many times. One of the best pizza places I've ever been to.

We live the pie. My daughter and I have never gotten sick here. You can’t get the salad but the gluten free breadsticks and pizza are good.

Was so excited to try the pizza here. It was quite good. However, within minutes of taking the first bite, I could tell there was a potential cross contamination issue. Mild to moderate stomach cramps and bloating. Thankfully not a full gluten reaction, but still very uncomfortable and will not eat there again.

I am gluten free and dairy free, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They also asked which type of oil/cooking spray I would like them to use since we were discussing my food sensitivities. They have a section of the kitchen that is dedicated to gluten free, including separate ingredients. My pizza came out in a box that had a gluten free sticker on it. The crust was good fresh but did not reheat well in my hotel microwave. It might reheat better in an oven.
